められるようになった。(Conventional technology) Many vinyl chloride decorative materials, especially foamed products, have a soft finish and feel good on the skin, but are dissatisfied with the feel and strength of the material. In particular, strength affects durability, and high foaming Items that have a large volume and a three-dimensional appearance, such as products, have the disadvantage that they do not last long because they are easily scratched or scratched. For this reason, there has been a demand for decorative materials that have an overall hard finish and improved strength.

In the case of a vinyl chloride foam, a component that is hardened by an electron beam is mixed into the vinyl chloride layer in advance, and the layer is irradiated with an electron beam with or without heat processing. The main point is that it hardens.

Cured vinyl chloride layer 2
After forming, the film is passed through a cooling roll 8 and wound onto a winding roll 9.
