で、以下図面に基づいて説明する。(Means for Solving the Problems) The method for manufacturing the decorative material of the present invention includes the steps of forming a pattern on the upper surface of a soft foam base material or a foamable base material, and coating the pattern with a transparent ultraviolet curing resin. A method for producing a decorative material, which comprises a step of curing the resin by irradiating it with ultraviolet rays, and heating the cured resin to foam it in the case of a foamable base material and to develop a continuous grain pattern. This is a summary and will be explained below based on the drawings.

A decorative material characterized in that a patterned portion 2.2' is formed on the above-mentioned soft foam layer 1, and a PvC base (preferably 100 to 600 μm thick) 8 layer 3 is formed on top of the patterned portion 2.2'. Furthermore, a transparent UV resin layer 4 with a thickness of 10 to 250 μm is formed thereon.

When the C thin layer 3 and the UV resin layer 4 are uniformly applied, these resin layers are thinner on the patterned portions. When the UV resin layer is heated in this state, a sharp grain pattern 7 is continuously formed on the patterned portion 2.2', and a gentle grain pattern 7' is formed in the non-patterned portion. In this way, the UV resin is appropriately deformed, and a decorative material 8 with a richly varied grain pattern is obtained.

It becomes grainy. In this way, the pattern of the decorative material of the present invention is obtained.

。In the present invention, the degree of appearance of the grain pattern can be changed by controlling the UV resin coater. For example, the thickness of the UV resin layer can be changed by changing the thickness of the pattern part or the thickness of the 270 layer to be undercoated. As a result, sharp grains can be formed on the UV resin layer above the pattern.
