Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily prepare a molded product while preventing the wrinkles on the coating surface of a molded product and improving the finishing thereof, by applying an one-pack primer having flat pigment mixed therein to the molding surface of a molding part and subsequently supplying a resin to said molding part to form a resin main body having a primer skin before applying a top coat to said main body. CONSTITUTION:The primer applied to a molding surface is contacted with a resin at the time of molding to be integrally molded and comes to the skin of a molded product. The skin contains flat pigment. As the flat pigment, metal foil pieces with an average particle size of about 10-40mum such as aluminum pieces are used and added in a ratio of about 5-20PHP(a wt. ratio to 100pts. of a resin) to the primer. As the one-pack primer, an urethane resin primer is mainly used and molding is performed by a foam molding process due to injection molding and, as the molding grade resin, a foam moldable resin such as polyurethane is employed. The flat pigment contained in the skin reduces the stress of the primer film at the time of contraction.

成形品を得るに際し、偏平な顔料を混合した一液型のプ
ライマを、成形型の成形部型面に塗装した後、該成形部
に樹脂を供給し、プライマよりなる表皮を有する樹脂本
体を形成し、しかる後に該樹脂本体の表面に上塗り塗装
するようにしたものである。前記した偏平な顔料として
は平均粒子径約10〜40μmの、アルミニウムなどの
金属箔片等が使用され、塗料に対し約5〜20PHR(
樹脂100に対する重量比率)の比率で添加される。一
液型のプライマはウレタン樹脂プライマが主として用い
られる。成形は射出成形などにる発泡成形が行なわれる
。成形用の樹脂はポリウレタンなどの発泡成形可能な樹
脂が採用される。

混合したものをプライマとした。一方、自動車のりヤス
ボイラを成形するための成形型を用意し、該成形型の成
形面の全面にプライマを塗布する。プライマは乾燥膜厚
が30μmとなるように(予め膜厚テストをして)塗布
される。成形型は型締め後、型内にウレタンを注入し、
発砲させ型内に充満させる。

来法のようにパテ込めなどの手間も要せず実施し易い。
