の基体をイングロビルアルコールにて脱脂した後、この
プラスチック基体上に準備したウレタン塗料を塗布し、

着剤層の形成及びパイルの植毛を行ない、第2図に示す
構成の着色プラスチック基体1′を有する着色植毛体■
(比較例1)及び第3図に示す構成の更に塩ビ系プライ
マー層5を有する着色植毛体■(比較例2)を得九。更
に、着色植毛体lと同様のプラスチック基体上に直接あ
るいは着色植毛体■と同様の塩ビ系プライマー層を設け
た後に、着色植毛体■の接着剤層を形成するために使用
した接着剤に前記自動車の内装色と最も近い色の着色瀬
料をできるだけ均一に混合した接着剤を塗布して着色接
着剤層を形成し、その後は着色植毛体Iと同様にして、
第4図に示す構成の着色接着剤層3′を有する着色植毛
体■(比較例3)及び第5図に示す構成の着色接着剤層
3′及び塩ビ系プライマー層5を有する着色植毛体V(

囲の色とのカラーマツチング性をも良好なものとするこ
とができるため、自動車内装部品である小物入れ等に好
適に使用することができる。更に、プラスチック基体に
FRP基体を使用することによシ着色植毛体全体の強度
をよシー層強化することかでa、他方、ウレタン塗料膜
の厚さやウレタン塗料膜の種類を変えることによシ従来
の着色植毛体では得られなかったソフト感も得られると
