Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the quantity of eccentricity between an uneven circle for a transferred information signal and a center hole by providing a TV monitor for a TV camera and a fixture which fixes a flange and a stamper backing material. Claims (1)

凸を形成した金属スタンパの表面に輻射線硬化樹脂を塗
布し、この上に基板を載置し、この基板の上方から輻射
線を照射して前記輻射線硬化樹脂を硬化させ、この輻射
線硬化樹脂と前記金属スタンパとの境界を剥離して、前
記情報信号用凹凸が転写された情報記録担体を製作する
に使用される情報記録担体複製装置において、フランジ
を具備した回転中心軸と、この回転中心軸を回転駆動す
る駆動装置と、前記フランジ上に載置され、中心穴が前
記回転中心軸とクリアランスをもつて嵌め合いになるス
タンパ裏打材と、このスタンパ裏打材を前記フランジ上
で該スタンパ裏打材の半径方向へ変位させることができ
る偏心修正機構と、前記スタンパ裏打材上に固着された
金属スタンパの情報信号用凹凸の円を検出することがで
きる顕微鏡と、この顕微鏡に接続して設けられたTVカ
メラと、このTVカメラ用のTVモニタと、前記フラン
ジと前記スタンパ裏打材とを固定することができる固定
具とを有することを特徴とする情報記録担体複製装置。 2、偏心修正機構を、スタンパ裏打材の外周側面を該ス
