[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a sound absorbing panel. Various types of sound absorbing panels have been proposed in the past, but most of them are used by being attached to the walls of buildings. The sound-absorbing panel of this invention provides a sound-absorbing panel with high mechanical strength that can be used for partitions or for constructing sound-absorbing covers covering machines that generate noise installed in factories.

以下にこの考案の詳細を添付図面に基づいて説

The details of this invention will be explained below based on the attached drawings.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a rectangular exterior plate made of thin steel plate, etc. A thin soft layer 2 such as sponge is applied to the rear surface of this plate 1, and a hardboard 3 is further applied to this layer 2.

A sound absorbing material 4 such as glass wool is further layered on the hard board 3, and a perforated plate 5 is layered on the outside thereof. The perforated plate 5 is, for example, a steel plate with a large number of cuts formed in a zigzag pattern and then stretched to form a net shape, or a punched metal plate with a large number of holes.

Further, the edge of the exterior plate 1 is bent rearward to form a peripheral wall 6, and the rear edge of this peripheral wall 6 is further bent inward to form an inward edge 7, and this inward edge 7 is connected to the peripheral edge of the perforated plate 5. Although they are covered and fixed by means such as spot welding, other means such as interposing a frame having a U-shaped cross section between the inner side of the periphery of the exterior plate 1 and the inner side of the periphery of the perforated plate 5 and welding them together can be used. Reference numeral 8 denotes a reinforcing member having a U-shaped cross section formed by bending a steel plate or the like, and inward edges 9 extending over the entire length are formed on both sides of the reinforcing member. This reinforcing material 8 is fixed to the inside of the exterior plate 1 by means such as spot welding. If the panel is relatively small, one reinforcing material 8 is fixed in the center vertically, but if the panel is large, two reinforcing materials 8 are fixed.

In addition, the mounting part of this reinforcing material 8 has no layer 2 and hardboard 3 as shown in FIG. 3, so this hard board 3 and layer 2
does not need to be attached with adhesive.

Insert the screw 11 into the center hole of the presser frame 10, and then screw the screw 11 into the center screw hole of the backing piece 12 fitted in the reinforcing material 8. 8 and fix it by pinching the inward facing edge 7. This baffle piece 12 has reinforcing material 8 at both ends.
It is easy to screw in the screw 11 because it does not hit the inside of the screw and rotate. Further, a cushioning material 14 such as rubber is sandwiched between both ends of the presser frame 10 and the hardboard 3.

In actual production, layer 2, hardboard 3,
After the reinforcing material 8 is fixed, the sound absorbing material 4 is put in, the sound absorbing material 4 is covered with a perforated plate 5, and its peripheral edge is fixed to the inward edge 7 by means such as welding.

In this invention, as mentioned above, the sound absorbing material 4 is sandwiched between the exterior plate 1 and the perforated plate 5.
By setting the side as the noise generation side, the generated air waves pass through the perforated plate 5 and are absorbed by the sound absorbing material 4. In addition, in this invention, a soft layer 2 and a hard board are placed on the rear side of the exterior plate 1. 3 is stacked on top of each other, so exterior plate 1
Since the propagation of sound to the side is significantly attenuated, the soundproofing effect is great, and the hardboard 3 can increase the mechanical strength of the exterior board 1. Since the reinforcing material 8 is fixed to the inside of the exterior plate 1, the mechanical strength is further increased. Since the board 3 is held down, the layer 2 and the hard board 3 can be easily attached.
