No. 29936 and Special Publication No. 53-32184, we developed technologies for preventing various types of floor impact noise, including pianos, and have already put them into practical use. However, both of these technologies require construction work to be carried out at a construction site. It is suitable for large-scale construction such as apartment floors and gymnasium floors, but it is suitable for small-scale construction such as piano impact noise prevention, where temporary construction, machinery, waterproofing, textiles are needed even though the quantity of materials is small. There were many types of jobs, such as board work and plastering, which required too much time and expense, making it difficult to generalize.

The present invention further develops this and aims to minimize on-site construction by promoting prefabrication.

By simply placing this material between the piano legs and the existing floor, piano impact noise can be effectively absorbed and reduced, and it has become possible to eliminate any on-site construction work.

に周辺を密閉しピアノ台を構成したものである。 FIG. 1 shows a quadrilateral panel A in which an upper plate 3, a fiberboard 1 having a frame 2 around it, and a lower plate 4 are laminated. The upper board 3 is a thick board made of wood cement board, particle board, plywood, etc., and must have a certain degree of thickness and weight. A jacket may be pasted on the upper surface of the upper plate 3. The fiberboard 1 is a flat fiber board made of glass wool, rock wool, synthetic fiber, cellulose, etc., with the fibers aligned almost horizontally, and has a thickness of about 30 to 50 mils.
An edge frame 2 is attached to the peripheral side of this fiber flat plate. This edge frame 2 is made by cutting a soft board made of elastic rubber or foamed resin into thin strips to a predetermined width, or by cutting a fiber flat plate made so that the fiber direction is mainly horizontally cut into strips to a predetermined width. The strip is raised vertically so that the fiber direction is almost perpendicular to the fiber plate, and is extremely effective in preventing the top plate 3 from sinking.
Attach it with adhesive in advance to the peripheral side of the fiber flat plate so that it is tightly attached. Further, when the shape of the panel A is small or circular as shown in FIG. 2, the length and number of the edge frames 2 may be reduced. The lower plate 4 is a thin plate made from a thin metal plate, thin resin plate, thin plywood, etc. If the existing floor on which the piano stand will be laid is smooth and strong, the lower plate 4 is used.
You can also use crosses instead. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, panel A is formed by laminating and pasting the fiberboard 1, which is the middle board, on the top surface and the bottom board 4 on the top surface and the bottom surface, respectively. Wrap the soft sheet 5 around the edge frame 2 on the peripheral side of the fiberboard 1 in the same way, bend it so that the bent part 6 is on the bottom surface of the lower board 4, and seal the periphery so that the air inside the fiberboard 1 does not leak. It is made up of a piano stand.

功した。 When the piano stand of this invention is placed between the piano legs and the existing floor, the derived sound transmitted through the piano legs is transmitted to the fiberboard 1 and the frame 2 through the top plate 3. In this case, the elasticity of the fiber materials constituting the fiberboard 1 and the edge frame 2 and the elasticity of the air sealed inside the fiber materials sealed by the upper plate 3, lower plate 4, and soft sheet 5 play the role of a spring. It has the effect of absorbing and softening piano impact sounds. The upper plate 3 is supported by the fiberboard 1 and the edge frame 2, and is completely floating from the lower plate 4, so that the impact sound applied to the upper plate 3 does not propagate to the lower layer. It needs to have an appropriate thickness so that it can withstand deformation on its own.
At the same time, since the upper plate 3 takes on the role of a weight, only when it has an appropriate weight does it work as a cushion due to the relationship between the spring and the weight, like a kind of spring scale. If the weight of the upper plate 3, which is the weight, is too small, the springs will not work well, but on the other hand, using an excessively heavy concrete plate, thick metal plate, etc. for the upper plate 3 will lack practicality as a piano stand. Therefore, the inventor focused on the fact that if the upper plate 3 had a thickness that would not deform, the lack of weight of the upper plate 3 could be compensated for by the piano load placed on the top, and used a particle board with a thickness of about 20 mm as the upper plate 3. If this is done, it will act as a sufficient weight, and the fiberboard 1
The impact sound of the piano was successfully absorbed by the cushioning action of the edge frame 2 and the enclosed air.

なかつた。 That is, a fiberboard 1 with a thickness of 30 mils and a frame 2 with a thickness of about 20 mils is sandwiched on the peripheral side, and an upper plate 3 with jutan pasted on the upper surface of a particle board with a thickness of 20 mils. The lower plate 4 of 5mm is laminated, and the peripheral side is 0.5mm thick.
When one piano stand sealed with a soft sheet 5 was placed under each of the three legs of a grand piano, the piano impact sound on the floor directly below could be reduced by 5 to 7 phon A. Furthermore, due to the effect of the bundle of edge frames 2 placed around the peripheral sides, the surface of the top plate 3 hardly sank.

ている。 On the other hand, when trying to reduce the absorption of piano impact sound using other vibration absorbing materials, for example, two layers of vibration absorbing plates made of soft rubber and having irregularities of various shapes on the surface are placed between the piano legs and the existing floor. Even if they were laid in layers, not only did it not reduce the impact sound of the piano on the floor directly below, but the sound, which was even clearer than before, was radiated to the floor directly below, making it ineffective. This indicates that the piano impact sound could not be attenuated by the cushioning action, but was instead propagated to the floor by the rubber particles.

来る。 In the above example, the piano stand of the present invention was used on an existing floor, but the piano stand can also be used when constructing a new piano room or music room. As shown in FIG. 4, the rectangular piano stand of the present invention is laid on the joists 7 and the base plate 8 of the new floor without any gaps, and is fixed to the joists 7 and the base plate 8 with screws, nails, etc. At this time, make sure that the piano stand does not touch the wall directly.
If a thin strip 9 of the same type as the edge frame 2 is placed next to the wall, derived sounds such as piano impact sounds will be effectively absorbed by the cushioning action of the piano stand, and the thin strip 9
Therefore, impact sound does not propagate to the wall through the upper plate 3, so it is extremely easy to construct a new floor for a piano room or music room that can keep the adjacent room or the floor directly below quiet.
