Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外ケースのほぼ中央に該ケース構成部材を内側に凹ませ
    て成る絞り部を設け、該絞り部に外側より嵌合する様に
    半導体レーザを配し、絞り部の内側にて該レーザを半田
    接続し、前記ケース内部に駆動回路用基板を配した後、
    内ケースを外ケースに挿入し、その嵌合部を半田付によ
    りシールした事を特徴とする半導体モジュール。
