[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the conventional device does not necessarily have two problems during heat welding.
It is not always the case that the two press stands are tightly pinched into the opening of the bag, and due to the nature of thermoplastic resin bags, even if the opening of one bag is tightly pinched, it is not always the case. However, since they are welded together when subjected to heat, they can sometimes be welded to a state where the airtightness at the opening of the bag is inadequate. There was also the problem that

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention includes an electric blower, an intake nozzle that sucks out air in a thermoplastic resin bag connected to the blower and covered on the outer periphery, and a This is carried out in a vacuum sealing device equipped with a sealing mechanism that clamps and closes the opening of the resin bag and heat-welds the opening, and the sealing mechanism is connected to a heater, a heating plate to which the heater is attached, and a heating plate. The pressing body is attached to the front side of a rotatably provided opening/closing lid, and the pressing body is pressed by the opening/closing lid and connected in series with the heater to the side of the substrate to which the heating plate is attached. A normally open switch is installed on the substrate side, and the closing operation of the opening/closing lid is temporarily stopped at a position where the pressing body approaches the heating plate, and the pressing of the switch by the opening/closing lid is temporarily stopped. The above-mentioned conventional problems are solved by providing the blocking struts 41.

[Operation] With the opening/closing lid open, place the opening of the thermoplastic resin bag containing fresh food over the intake nozzle, then close the opening/closing lid and temporarily secure it with the stopper. Then, the opening of the resin bag is pinched by the heating plate and the pressing body approaching it.
In this state, operate the electric blower to suck out the air inside the resin bag. After this, the opening/closing lid is further pressed against the substrate side. As a result, the pressing body presses the opening of the resin bag more strongly against the heating plate, increasing the degree of sealing of the opening. At the same time, the switch is closed by the above displacement of the opening/closing lid, and the heater of the sealing mechanism generates heat, so that the opening of the resin bag is sealed by heat welding and the fresh food is vacuumed.

Next, we will explain how to use and operate this vacuum packing device.0 For example, when putting fresh foods 38 such as fruits and vegetables into a thermoplastic resin bag 39 and vacuum packing them, first place the opening/closing lid 3 in a hypothetical manner as shown in FIG. Leave it open to the position shown by the line, and then press the plate 2
0 from the intake nozzle 16, and while lifting the intake port 17 of the nozzle 16, cover the periphery of the nozzle 16 with the opening of the resin bag 39 containing the fresh food 38, and place the part containing the food 38 on the base. Let it hang in front of 1. When the nozzle 16 is pressed by the leaf spring 20, the resin bag 39 is sandwiched between the intake port 17 of the nozzle 16 and the substrate 13 and held at a fixed position. When the opening/closing lid 3 is lowered to the position where it hits the stop horn 434 (the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. It is still held open. Next, when the power switch 7 is turned on, the electric blower 14 is activated and air is sucked in through the intake port 16 of the intake nozzle 16, passes through the blower 14, and flows out through the exhaust port 36. The air is sucked out and the plate 39 comes into close contact with the outer surface of the food 38.

Therefore, if you push down the opening/closing operation knob 10 of the opening/closing lid 3,
As shown in FIG. 5, the stopper 34 and the operation button 33& of the microswitch 33 are pressed down on the lower surface of the front plate 3b of the lid 3 to close the switch 33, and thereby the sheathed heater 32
A current flows through, heating the heating plate 30. Further, at the same time, the pressing body 28 is strongly pressed against the heating plate 30, so that the opening of the resin bag 39 is always clamped and closed between the pressing body 28 and the heating plate 30, and the sealing can be performed by heat welding.
Food 38 is vacuum packed in a resin bag 39. Next, when the cutter operation knob 11 is pressed down, the tip of the cutter 24 is lowered to a position where it enters the slit 29, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Therefore, when the knob 11 is pressed down and slid along the guide groove 12 from the left end to the right end (or vice versa), the resin bag 39 is cut at a position near the opening end near the sealing part. Ru. Then, turn off the power switch 7, and turn off the electric blower 14 and sheathed heater 32.
After stopping the energization, if the opening/closing lid 3 is opened by lifting the knob 10, the resin bag 39 containing the food 38 can be taken out.
