Conventional containers of this kind are assembled into a box shape using cardboard laminated with polyethylene or the like on both the inside and outside, and the container is filled with contents and sealed. . However, since conventional containers use cardboard, if the cut edge of the cardboard comes into direct contact with the contents, the contents may seep through, or if there are steps in the cardboard, the contents may leak out. For this reason, conventional containers are assembled by folding the cut ends of the cardboard so that they do not come into direct contact with the contents, or by forcibly crushing the steps of the cardboard through embossing etc. after the container is molded. It is necessary to prevent things from penetrating or leaking, and the disadvantage is that the assembly work is very complicated. In particular, when high-temperature sterilized liquid is filled and sealed while still at high temperature, strong suction pressure is applied by the contraction of the liquid contents and air after cooling, causing the container to dent and reducing its commercial value. Therefore, it is necessary to use a fairly thick cardboard that can withstand the strong suction pressure, which further exacerbates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

そこで、長期保存が可能な容器が開発された。

Therefore, a container that can be stored for a long time was developed.
This container, as typified by the container described in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 52-14822, has a double structure consisting of an outer body and an inner package, and the outer body is made of cardboard or the like, and the front body is made of cardboard. , a canopy part and a bottom lid part are attached to the upper and lower edges of the back body part and both left and right side body parts, and the front part,
The back and left and right sides are each separated (independently) and extended through folding lines, and the inner envelope is made of a flat bottom bag made of synthetic resin, and the inner envelope is glued to the inside of the outer body. It is something. When filling and sealing a liquid, first assemble the outer body into a rectangular shape, then fold the bottom lids on both left and right sides inward, and then fold the front and back bottom lids inward. Next, the inner envelope is filled with liquid, the canopies on both left and right sides are folded outward, the upper edges of the inner envelope are glued, and then the canopies on both left and right sides are folded inward. Furthermore, by folding the front and back canopies inward, filling and sealing of the liquid is completed. As described above, this container has a double structure consisting of an outer body and an inner envelope, so by filling the inner envelope with liquid and sealing it, the cut or step of the outer body does not come into direct contact with the liquid. Therefore, penetration and leakage of liquid can be prevented without special processing on the outer body, and long-term storage is possible.

However, in the conventional container described above, the top and bottom parts of the outer body are separated into the front, back, left and right sides, and the inner bag is a flat-bottomed bag, so the outer body and the inner bag cannot be separated. To assemble, first fold the canopies on both the left and right sides outward, glue the upper edges of the inner package, then fold the canopy and bottom lids on both the left and right sides inward, and then attach the front and back sides. It is necessary to fold the canopy and bottom cover inward. For this purpose, we developed an assembly machine for assembling single-layered containers (i.e., roof-shaped milk containers) used today (i.e., the canopy and bottom lids on both left and right sides are folded outwards, and the By folding it in, the front and back canopy sections and bottom cover section, which are connected to them, are folded inward.
An assembly machine that folds in the top and bottom parts of a container at the same time. ), it cannot be assembled. Therefore,
There is a problem in that a new assembly machine needs to be developed, and this assembly machine becomes complicated because it requires the canopy parts on both the left and right sides to be folded outward.

In addition, if a bag is glued to the inside of a paper container with a roof-shaped structure, such as a milk container, and the roof of the roof-shaped milk container is assembled and the mouth of the bag is sealed,
Since the folded tips of the mouth edges always overlap, there is a problem that adhesion failure occurs due to the step in the thickness of the bag, and it is also impossible to pull out and form the injection port.

The bag body 2 opens left and right along the
When the tab 21 located at the center of the mouth edge 26 of the bag body 2 is pinched and pulled outward, the adhesive portion of the mouth edge 26 of the bag body 2 is peeled off and the injection port is opened. At this time, the canopy part 1 of the front body part 10 and the back body part 12
The width of the upper edge of 00,120 is the width of the canopy part 100,
120 and the side wall parts 101, 121, and the width of the upper edge of the other canopy parts 110, 130, so that the mouth edge part 26 of the bag body 2 has a width when forming the canopy. The front body part 10 and the back body part 12, which have a large diameter, are pulled toward the canopy parts 100, 120, and therefore, the tab portions 21 on both sides of the bag body 2, which are located on the other canopy parts 110, 130, are pulled. It is folded in a stretched state, that is, in a state in which the folded tips of the tab margin portions 21 are parallel to each other and do not overlap. Therefore, the injection port can be easily opened by simply pinching the grip portion 21 and pulling it outward.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the bag body 2 is glued to the inside of the box-shaped outer body 1, and the contents are filled and sealed in the bag body 2, so that the bag body 2 is not like a conventional simple cardboard container. Penetration and leakage of contents can be prevented without special processing. Also,
Even if the high-temperature sterilized contents are filled into the bag body 2 at high temperature, the canopy parts 100, 110, 12 of the bag body 2
The outer fuselage 1 is not deformed except that the peripheral part of the transverse bending curve 31 at 0.130 is dented by the suction pressure, and therefore the outer fuselage 1
There is no need to use paper that is thicker than necessary (thick enough to stand on its own).

As is clear from the above, the present invention has a roof-shaped milk container as its basic shape, and the top and bottom lids of the outer body are connected to each other on the front, back, and both left and right sides.
In addition, a W-bottomed bag is used as the bag to be adhered to the inside of the outer body, and the outer body is folded along the folding line and the outer body and the bag are appropriately adhered. When the body is assembled into a rectangular shape, the outer body and bag body are integrated to form a container with a single layer structure, and the canopy and bottom lid on both left and right sides can be folded down inside without folding outward. In addition, the front and back canopies and bottom lids that are connected to them can be folded inward, and the opening edges of the bag body can be glued together to form the canopy and bottom lids of the container at once. Can be folded. Therefore, it can be assembled using assembly machines for assembling roof-shaped milk containers that are widely used today.

In addition, in the present invention, the width of the upper edge of the canopy of the front trunk and the back trunk is made slightly larger than the width of the transverse bending curve at the border between the canopy and the side wall. The edges are pulled toward the canopy part side of the front body part and the back body part, which have larger widths, and the folded tips of the bags located on the other canopy part side are folded in parallel without overlapping. Therefore, there is a risk that the folded tips of the mouth edge of the bag overlap, resulting in poor adhesion due to the difference in thickness of the bag, and that it becomes impossible to pull out and form the injection port. There isn't. Therefore, the spout can be easily opened by simply pinching the grip portion of the bag and pulling it outward.
