Furthermore, in the bonding method, there is a risk that the molded product may be damaged during adhesion or that adhesive may be applied to unnecessary areas. Furthermore, when using the bonding method or the pouring method, it is difficult to line up a large number of foreign objects, such as beads, in a planar manner when encapsulating them.

That is, the method for manufacturing this foreign-matter-encapsulated molded product is to sandwich the foreign material 2 between two heated plate-shaped thermoplastic resin materials 1 and press it from both sides with heated molds 3 and 4. Due to this pressing, the two resin materials 1 are fused together, the foreign matter 2 is encapsulated, and the shape carved on the pressing surface of the mold 3.4 is transferred to the surface of the resin material 1, and the molded product 5 is completed. In this example, a coin-shaped object is used as the foreign object 2. When the resin material 1 is acrylic, the molding conditions are such that the heating temperature of the resin material 1 is 140℃.
-180℃, heating temperature of molds 3 and 4 from 60 to 110℃,
It is desirable that the molding pressure be 30 kg/- or more.

Therefore, encapsulation molding can be performed easily and in a short time, and even foreign matter 2 having a complicated shape can be easily encapsulated. Moreover, the mold shape can be transferred to the outer surface of the resin material 1 at the same time as the sealing.

If you place 2# foreign objects such as beads on top of it, it will naturally become flat. Place another piece of resin material on top of it,
When pressed, it can be easily encapsulated. In this way, even in the case of bead-shaped foreign substances 2#, they can be easily arranged and enclosed in a plane.
