DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a railway track, and particularly to a track structure used in a place where there is relatively little lateral pressure, such as a straight track.

(Prior art) In general, a track is constructed by laying a track bed of a specified thickness on the roadbed, on which are arranged sleepers at regular intervals with enough dust to withstand the load of running trains, and on top of that are a pair of sleepers. A structure in which the rails are fastened within a defined gauge is used.

In addition, the method of installing rail sleepers has traditionally been a simple method of simply fixing them with flint or screws, but
Nowadays, in order to reduce shock vibrations, elastic fastening methods that simply press the rail downward with springs, or fully elastic fastening methods that support the rail laterally with horizontal pressing springs are also being used. Although the rail replacement work was shortened in this way, the method used to construct the track was to arrange and lay a large number of sleepers, so it was not designed to shorten the construction period or reduce construction costs. Vertical sleepers are one of the countermeasures against this problem, but conventional vertical sleepers are
As shown in Figure 3 (A) and (B), the vertical sleeper track extracted from ``Published on the 0th, p. , there is a track on which a pair of concrete vertical sleepers 4 fixed with spacing members 3 are installed.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) ゛ However, since the floor is made of concrete, there are problems such as high initial cost and insufficient shortening of the construction period. Development of a track construction method was desired.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention solves these problems and provides a track with a short construction period and low construction cost. It is a track structure in which a pair of connected iron rope sleepers are buried in the return bed laid on the roadbed, and a rail is laid on top of it.

Figures 1 (A) and (B) and Figure 2 (A) and (B) show an embodiment of the present invention.
Figures 2 (A) and (B) are cross-sectional views of Figure 1, and (A)
The figure shows the general track section, and the figure (B) shows the level crossing track section. In the figure, reference numeral 6 indicates a pair of vertical sleepers that are lined up when a transport vehicle such as a train runs, and iron sleepers are mainly used. 7 is a track spacing member. The track spacing member 7 is provided in a monorail shape and connects a pair of steel sleepers 6 at a predetermined interval.

(Effects of the Invention) The track of the present invention constructed as described above has track spacing members and a swinging floor provided in a monorail shape that connect sleepers, so that when a transport vehicle runs on the rail, the rail, The transmitted stress is reduced by comprehensive elastic deformation at the end of the iron vertical sleeper's swing path. In addition, by using iron sleepers that can follow the deformation of the return road bed, the structure is superior in terms of cost and construction time to conventional fixed road bed methods such as concrete powder, and it is also possible to reduce damage to transport vehicles.
