Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an assembly regulation work of a bearing part simultaneously with a flushing work, by a method wherein, after lubricating oil is bypassed through the discharge oil of a lubricating oil system to effect preliminary flushing of a piping system, finish flushing is effected through the flow of the lubricating oil to the bearing part. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 18 is situated in a discharge pipe 9, and a filtering device 17' is contained in the chamber. Meanwhile, a bypass device 15 is mounted to an orifice box 11 to block a port P. Lubricating oil is bypassed through a hose 16' from the upper stream side of a port P, and is returned to the discharge 9 through the filtering device 17'. This causes circulation of the lubricating oil, and performs preliminary flushing of a lubricating oil feed pipe 5 and the discharge pipe 9. Assembly regulation of a bearing part 13 is preceded simultaneously with the preliminary flushing. Thereafter, A hose 16', connected to the chamber 18, is removed and is connected to the filtering device in a bearing box 14, a cover 19, shutting the connection between the discharge oil pipe 9 and the bearing box 14, is removed, and this performs finish flushing.
