This is about kowa manju.

It has been widely eaten in the form of pounded rice cakes made from ground meat, but it has a good shelf life even among high-moisture foods because it is mainly starchy, and there is almost no change in quality when wrapped in plastic film, so it lasts long. Since it can be frozen and stored for a long time, it has been processed into mochi and sold widely. In addition, packaged staple foods such as kowameshi (sekihan) have been commercially available for some time.

い。On the other hand, there are Chinese-style processed foods that are staple foods that also serve as snacks, such as pork buns, which are Japanese sweets wrapped in steamed bun skin and filled with supplementary ingredients instead of the contents of the filling. The packaged food is also stored frozen and sold commercially, and when it is steamed and eaten, it is easy to eat and the filling has a good flavor, so it has a good reputation as a food that suits the tastes of young people.

There was a problem that it was difficult to use as a snack because it was mainly seasoned, so the idea was to form the okowa manju into a Japanese confectionery and to obtain an okowa manju made of kokameshi with an appropriate seasoning.

No outer skin? The kowameshi, which is formed from the manju skin and used as the stuffing, is given a rich, chewy flavor that cannot be tasted with conventional kowameshi. The rich variety of contents mixed into the rice crackers makes it a unique food that is not found in conventional rice crackers such as arare. The manju wrapper may be prepared in the style of a Japanese confectionery using rice flour, or may be flavored using wheat flour or other suitable flour.

につなげる効果も又大きいものがある。Furthermore, by coloring them red and white, which also serve as decorations for ceremonial occasions, and by forming them into heart-shaped, fan-shaped, etc. patterns, and by processing them with patterns such as adzuki bean, the range of foods that can be used as a favorite food has been expanded, leading to an increase in demand. There is also something big.

る。@1 Figure shows a practical example of Okowa Manju 1 of the present invention. It is made by covering Kowa Meshi 2, which is rolled into an easy-to-eat size like a Japanese sweet, with a manju skin 3 as the outer skin, and it is not possible to tell from the outside what the contents are. If you want to make a red and white decoration, you can distinguish it by coloring the manju skin 3. In addition to the regular manju shape, okowa manju can also be shaped into fan-shaped, heart-shaped, tortoiseshell-shaped, and other shapes that resemble lucky charms.

ができる。The second figure is the second fruit! ! As an example of ffA, except for the top part of the bun shape, the outer skin is covered with the bun skin 3. What does the face of the doll look like in Figure 3, with red bean paste 5 dotted on the left and right on top of the stiff rice 2 peeking out from the top 4? It is intended to appeal to children's tastes by serving them. Chestnuts are embedded or green beans are used instead of adzuki beans to create an elegant appearance similar to Japanese sweets and the hidden flavor of the rice flour used as the manju skin. If it is possible to incorporate the unique flavor of okowa manju, such as the seasoning of the sticky rice and the aroma produced by mixing wild vegetables, it is possible to store these as a packaged food for a long time by wrapping them in packaging made of plastic film, etc. Can withstand and be used as emergency food.
この発明は上記の構成を存するので下記の利点がある。 Since this invention has the above configuration, it has the following advantages.
(1) 非常食として冷凍保存可能であること。(1) Can be frozen and stored as an emergency food.
(2)取扱い簡便で副食なしでも食事に代えられること
。(2) It is easy to handle and can be substituted for meals without side dishes.
(8)和菓子状にしであるため間食用にも適し食べ易く
かつ風味のよい食品であること。(8) Because it is shaped like a Japanese confectionery, it is suitable for snacking and is easy to eat and has a good flavor.
