リミツトスイツチが作動する時は予備燃焼完了検
出器が作動した後と考えられていたがまれなケー
スであるが予備燃焼時に異常燃焼が発生した時予
備燃焼完了検出器が作動するよりも先にハイリミ
ツトスイツチが作動する恐れがある。この様な場
合安全回路はバーナコントローラに働きかけて電
源を遮断するのでバーナに可燃ガスや燃料が未然
状態で残存したままで消火することになり、その
後燃焼器を再起動させれば非常に危険な爆燃現象
が起きる恐れが充分考えられる。

ロツク、Cはバーナコントローラブロツクであ
る。1は温度スイツチで構成する予備燃焼完了検
出器、2は予備燃焼完了検出器1と直列接続した
リレーであり、予備燃焼完了検出器1によつてリ
レー2が導通する。

了検出器1の信号はリレー接点a−2を切換して
点火器10の通電を止めると共に切換電磁弁11
に通電するのでバーナはあらかじめ設定した燃料
流量で燃焼を行うことができる。

料は燃焼を継続して消火に至り、排気ガスとなつ
てバーナ外に排出されるものであり、再起動時に
はバーナが可燃性雰囲気ではないから爆燃現象が
起きないものである。
