いる。また、この種の圧縮機において、シリンダ
やモーターケース等の圧縮要素をなるべくコンパ
クトするために消音器を比較的スペースの空いて
いるシリンダの側部に配置し、かつ、この消音器
とシリンダ内とをU字形或いはL字形の連通管で
接続したものがある。そこで、本願考案者は上述
した双方の利点を達成でき、しかも1部品として
扱えるものとしてU字形やL字形の連通管を合成
樹脂で一体形成してなる吸込消音器を製作し、こ
の消音器をシリンダの側部に配置する構成を考案
した。

状がU字形やL字形であるために成形用の金型が
複雑な構造となり製作がめんどうになるという問
題がありまた、後者の方法によると型抜きは容易
となるが連通管も分割されるため該管の突き合せ
部におけるシール性が悪くなるという問題があつ
た。

れてなり、連通管は吸込孔へ圧入されている構成
としたものであるから、合成樹脂製の吸込消音器
が有する断熱性でシリンダ内へなるべく低温なガ
スを供給して冷凍能力を向上させたり、消音器を
シリンダの側部に配置して圧縮要素をコンパクト
にするといつた従前の利便さの双方を達成しつ
つ、消音器に連通管を一体形成して1部品となし
消音器の組付作業性を向上させると共に、連通管
の形状がU字形のように曲つていても少ない金型
で簡単に型抜きすることができ、吸込消音器と連
通管との一体形成が容易となる。また、軸線を含
む平面で分割された連通管は、夫々の分割面を突
き合せつつ吸込孔内に圧入により挿入されるた
め、夫々の分割面を密着させることができ、突き
合せ部分に隙間を生ずることもない。
