Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and permit to simplify the structure of the device by a method wherein filter retainers are formed integrally with holders, holding detachably a heat exchanger in an outer casing, in the ventilating device for air-conditioning machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:Four pieces of holders 2, holding the heat exchanger 1 detachably in the outer casing 4, are protruding integrally the filter retainers 2b from the corners 2a of both side walls respectively to support the filter 3 detachable by the heat exchanger 1. The holder 2 is formed by cutting the extruded or extracted product of metal into a necessary length. Upon the maintenance of the heat exchanger 1 and the filter 3, the cover of the outer casing 4 is opened and the heat exchanger 1 and the filter 3 can be taken out of the couter casing 4 by sliding them through the holders 2 while they can be accommodated into the outer casing 1 by reverse operations. Thus, the number of components may be reduced and the structure of the device may be simplified.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a ventilation device such as a ventilation fan or an air conditioner equipped with a heat exchanger.

[Conventional technology]

For example, a conventional ventilation system shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-53867 in which a filter is attached to a heat exchanger will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

In the ventilation device according to the present invention, a filter holder is integrally formed with a holder of a heat exchanger, and a filter is supported by the filter holder.

As mentioned above, the ventilation device of this invention has an integrated holder and filter holder, so the conventional sheet metal filter guide can be abolished, the number of parts is small, the structure is simple, and the outer box can be attached easily. It is easy to fix, and the holder integrated with the filter holder can be easily manufactured by extrusion or pultrusion.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes four holders that removably hold the heat exchanger M1 inside the outer box 4, and filter holders 2b are integrally projected from the corners of both side walls 2a of these holders 2, respectively. The filter 3 is removably supported by the heat exchanger W11 by the filter holder 2b.

The holder 2 integrally formed with the filter holder 2b is constructed by cutting an extruded or pultruded metal product into a required length. The configuration of this embodiment other than the above is the same as the conventional one shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.

In the ventilation fan of this embodiment, in order to maintain the heat exchanger #1 and the filter 3, open the cover of the outer box 4, slide it against the holder 2, and take out the heat exchanger 1 and filter 3 outside the outer box 4. By reversing this operation, the heat exchanger #M1 and the filter 3 can be held in the holder 2 and housed in the outer box 4.

〔Effect of the invention〕

As explained above, according to the present invention, the heat exchanger holder and filter holder are integrated, so the conventional sheet metal filter guide can be abolished, the number of parts is small, the structure is simple, and the outer box can be easily attached. Since the fixing is simple and it can be manufactured more easily, it is possible to provide an inexpensive ventilation device.

[Claims] (1) A ventilation device characterized in that a filter holder that removably supports a filter is integrally formed with a holder that removably holds a heat exchanger in an outer box. (2) The ventilation device according to claim 1, wherein the holder integrally formed with the filter holder is made of an extruded or pultruded product.
