(Prior technology) Spot air conditioners equipped with high-performance filters that can easily perform "cleaning and cooling" are used in the food processing industry, precision field, etc., and an example of this is published on August 7, 1986. , Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Newspaper,
It is also disclosed in the article ``Clean spot air conditioner'' on page 14.

According to the above article, as shown in Fig. 3, the high-performance filter 19, which has a rectangular parallelepiped outer diameter inside the filter unit 2, has a suction port provided at the bottom of the back of the casing and an outlet provided at the top of the front. It is installed vertically across the air in between, and the cold air flowing in from the suction port is diffused into the chamber at the rear of the filter 19, and then passed through the filter 19 and blown out from the air outlet at the front. It is formed like this.

In addition, the disadvantage is that the air outlet can only be provided in one direction horizontally at the front because there is no room for opening at the top of the front.Furthermore, the filter 19 has a removable support system that makes it easy to put in and take out the filter 19 for maintenance purposes. In this case, a support frame such as a rail needs to be large enough to cover the entire lower part of the filter, which poses various practical problems.

From this point of view, the present invention was devised to solve the problems of the conventional filters. In particular, by placing the high-performance filter tilted backwards, the unit can be made smaller (thinner). The purpose of the invention is to make it more compact and to expand the scope of use by making it possible to easily straighten the flow and to select the blowing direction.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, as is clear from the drawings showing the embodiments, the present invention is a filter unit 2 that is connected to the air conditioner main body 1 and filters the blown air. The air outlet 5 of the main body 1 is located near the back side of the main body 1.
The suction port 18 connected to the casing 1 is opened.
A front air outlet 16 and an upper air outlet 17 are opened at the upper front part and the front part of the top surface of the casing 1, respectively.
5, a high-performance filter 19 is disposed diagonally in a rearward-inclined state across between the suction port 18 and both of the blow-off ports 16 and 17, and
Alternatively, the upper outlet 17 is covered by a removable blind cover 23.

In the spot type air conditioner having the above-described structure, the air conditioner body 1 and the filter unit 2 are assembled and connected as shown in the figure, and the high-performance filter 19 is held in place by the filter receiving frame 20, filter receiving rail 21, and filter holding plates 22, 22. Remove the outlet blind cover 23 of the front outlet 16 or the upper outlet 17, and fix it on the side outlet 4 of the air conditioner main body 1. A flexible duct is connected to each circular hole of the upper air outlet 17,
When the compressor 9 and both fans 13 and 14 are operated, the cooling air passes through the blowout chamber 12, the upper blowout port 5, and the suction port 18, reaches the space behind the high-performance filter 19 in the casing 15, and blows upward. In some cases, the air is evenly blown over the entire surface of the diagonally arranged high-performance filter 19, and after passing through the filter 19 and being filtered, it passes through the space in front of the filter.
The air is blown out from the front outlet 16 or the upper outlet 17.
