(Background Art) FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional plan view showing a conventional example, which is a so-called "yatoizane style" partition in which studs 1 and panels 2 are built alternately in sequence. In this case, the removal must be performed sequentially from the end on the wall 3 side, and if you want to replace the panel 2 in the center due to an inconvenience such as damage, it is necessary to remove a large number of panels 2 from the end. It was a tedious task.

(Purpose) The present invention was made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a partition that allows panels at arbitrary positions to be easily attached and detached.

(Embodiment) FIGS. 2 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a ceiling rail 10 is attached to a ceiling A, and a ceiling rail 10 is integrally provided with a cap that covers the distance between the panel 14 and the ceiling A, and B has a floor rail 1 on which the panel 14 is placed.
1 is installed, ceiling rail 10 and floor rail 1
Studs 12 are built between the panels 1 and 1 at suitable intervals, and the panels 1 and 1 are placed between the studs 12 and 12.
4 is installed.

The stud 12 is as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
It consists of a hollow prismatic stud body 12a and an upper column 12b with a U-shaped cross section that is inserted into the upper end of the stud body 12a so that it can freely protrude and retract. A seat plate support 15 is bent inside the side wall of the stud body 12a. The upper pillar 12b is placed on the upper end of the spring 17 whose lower end is supported by the seat plate 16.
The upper column 12b can be freely moved in and out due to the elasticity of the spring 17. Further, a projection 18 projecting outward is formed at the upper end of two opposing side surfaces of the stud main body 12a, and a notch 20 is formed at the lower end. Both side end faces of the panel 14 are reinforced with grooves formed by C-shaped channels 13.

Then, the stud 12 is erected between the ceiling rail 10 and the floor rail 11 in a tensioned state using the elasticity of the spring 17, and the grooves of the C-shaped channels 13 on both end faces of the panel 14 are brought into contact with the projections 18. It is constructed by fitting it onto the stud 12 and placing it on the floor rail 11, as shown in FIG. 4a. At this time, the adjacent panels 14 are spaced apart by the width of the protrusion 18, forming a joint of a constant size.

Next, to replace any panel 14, insert the driver 19 into the notch 20 provided at the lower end of the stud body 12a, as shown in FIGS. 2, and move the protrusion 18 formed at the upper end of the stud body 12a further upward than the upper end of the panel 14, as shown by the chain line in FIG.
As shown in FIG. b, the panel 14 is moved toward the side edge without being restricted by the projections 18. The panel 14 can be removed by removing the other end that has come off the stud 12 toward the front side. Also, installation can be done in reverse order.

(Effects) The present invention is constructed as described above. Studs are erected at appropriate intervals between the ceiling rail and the floor rail, and the grooves at both ends of the studs are fitted over the studs, and panels are attached to the wall surface. In the constituent partition, the stud is composed of a stud body and an upper column that can be elastically retracted from the upper end of the stud body. By providing a protrusion on the upper part of the stud body located above that contacts the side end surface of the panel and restricts the depth of fitting of the panel into the stud, the stud body can be moved upward against elasticity. This allows the protrusions that regulate the depth of the panel to fit into the studs and retract the protrusions that form the joints of a certain width upwards from the top surface of the panel, allowing the panel to move in the direction of one stud without being restricted by the protrusions. By removing the other side end of the panel from the stud, any panel can be freely removed, making it easy to replace the panel.

In a partition where studs are constructed at appropriate intervals between the ceiling rail and floor rail, and panels are attached to the studs by fitting the grooves on both ends of the studs into the studs, the studs are connected to the stud body. The stud body consists of an upper column that can be freely extended and retracted at the upper end of the stud body, and is located below the top surface of the panel when in use, and above the top surface of the panel when the stud body is moved upward against elasticity. A partition characterized in that a protrusion is provided on the upper part of the stud main body, which abuts against the side end surface of the panel and regulates the depth of external fitting of the panel into the stud.
