Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the method shown in FIG. 5 has the disadvantage that the lead wire 15 must be soldered each time, making it difficult to work and not suitable for mass production. Since the solder must be removed each time the boards 13 and 14 are divided, the workability is poor and serviceability cannot be improved. Also the 6th
In the illustrated example, the connectors 17, 18 and the lead wire 19 must be connected by soldering or the like, so it is not suitable for mass production.
19 also had the disadvantage of being easily disconnected. Furthermore, the socket shown in FIG. 7 uses many complicated springs and the like inside the socket 20, making it expensive. 13
Since complicated processing must be performed on the back side of the device, the device as a whole has the disadvantage of being extremely expensive.

On the other hand, 9 is a connector housing formed of a non-conductive material such as synthetic resin, and this connector housing 9 is formed with a groove 9 & whose top surface is an open end into which a conductive terminal plate 10 is inserted. At the bottom of the groove, a through hole 9C is formed except for a part of the wall 9b. Then, after inserting the terminal plate 10 having an elastic clamping part formed by bending a conductive metal plate into a road shape and making both ends close to each other in the groove 9&, with the bottom surface facing the opening direction, the top surface A connector 12 is constructed by covering the connector with a lid 11 made of a non-conductive material.

In the above embodiment, when the connector 12 is press-fitted into the coupling pin 7.8, the elastic clamping portion 10 of the terminal plate 10! It is held by L. As a result, both circuit components 3.4 are electrically connected via the conductor foils 6, 6, coupling pins 7, 8, and terminal plate 1Q, and both printed wiring boards 1, 2 are electrically connected. According to the present invention, when first embedding the coupling pins 8 and 9 in the printed wiring board 1.2, it is sufficient to drive the pins into the board and then conduct the conduction process in a solder tank, and all of these steps can be performed by an automatic machine. Since it is a product, it is possible to save labor and mass-produce it.

In addition, since the connection operation can be completed with a single operation of press-fitting the connector 12 into the coupling pin 7.8, one assembly process is simplified, work efficiency is improved, and repairs are also extremely easy. Printed wiring board 1.
2 can be separated, and serviceability can be improved.

Further, according to the present invention, since the elastic clamps 104 of the terminal board 10 can be placed very close to the printed wiring boards 1 and 2, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the connector 12, and the terminal board 10 can be made approximately U.
Since the connector housing 9 has a simple shape and the concave groove 9a of the connector housing 9 has a simple shape, the pitch between adjacent terminal plates can be very small, and the connector can be made compact as a whole. Furthermore, by covering with a lid made of a non-conductive material, even if a conductive material falls from above, there will be no electrical short circuit, making it safe and improving the appearance.
