Conventionally, when producing bone meal using bones, sebum, etc. as raw materials, the raw materials such as bones, sebum, etc. are steamed and a broth containing solid bones and proteins is extracted.
When drying this solid bone, concentrated broth is mixed with it in a molten state and dried, and then this is crushed to obtain products such as bone meal and fish meal. Bone meal, fish meal, etc. produced in this way are highly hygroscopic products because the broth is mixed and dried in a molten state. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the products in a dry state, and the products are easily oxidized. Not only does this lead to deterioration in quality, but also the processing process after mixing the broth during production cannot be carried out smoothly, and there are many other drawbacks, such as dirt adhering to the inside of the device, which requires a lot of effort to clean and maintain. Therefore, in the present invention, instead of mixing the molten protein broth in its molten state, it is dehydrated to crystallize the protein, and this crystalline protein is mixed with the dry solid bone content, thereby achieving high quality while still maintaining a high quality. The purpose is to facilitate manufacturing and maintenance of the device. Note that molten liquid protein cannot be solidified by evaporation and concentration, but can be crystallized and solidified in heated oil.

First, raw materials such as bones and skin fat of cows, pigs, chickens, and seafood are placed in a steamer 1 and steamed at a pressure of 4 to 5 kg while blowing live steam into them. Incidentally, this steaming pot 1 may be either a vertical type or a horizontal type. Through this steaming process, oil, protein, and glue contained in bones, sebum, etc. are melted and collected at the bottom of the pot 1, and this molten juice 2 is taken out from the pot 1 and placed in an oil-water separation tank 3. It is something that can be transferred.

Next, this oil-water separation tank 3 separates the molten juice into an oil component 4 and a protein-melted broth 5, and the oil component is purified to produce an oil and fat product 7.
In this case, the separated oil 4 is washed with hot water, and then subjected to a decanter or a deslasher (high-speed centrifugal separator) 6 to separate the oil and fat. Therefore, since no heat treatment is performed in the refining process of the oil and fat product 7, the oil does not burn or oxidize, and a clean oil and fat product can be produced.
The moisture 8 and the fine particles 8' in the steamer 1 that are separated during the refining process of this oil and fat product are combined with the broth 5 that has been separated from the molten juice.

Then, the protein-containing broth 5 separated by the oil-water separation tank 3 is put into the vacuum evaporation can 9, where it is boiled and concentrated, and a part of the oil collected above is heated to about 120°C or higher. The warmed oil is put into the cupper 10 containing the dissolved oil, and vacuum or normal pressure oil temperature dehydration is carried out, and after this oil temperature dehydration treatment, the crystal protein 11 is obtained by deoiling. In this case, oil heated to approximately 120°C or above is stored inside the vacuum evaporation can 9, and the boiling liquid is poured into this oil to dehydrate it, and then the crystalline protein is extracted by squeezing the oil. You can also get it.

In addition, in order to crystallize the molten liquid in the middle of crystallization, crystallization can be well promoted by adding an appropriate amount of bone powder to serve as a nucleus when the melt is poured into heated oil.

On the other hand, the solid bone content 12 steamed in the steaming pot 1
After taking it out from the pot 1, it is put into a dryer 13 or the like and dried there.
Then, this dry solid bone content 14 and the above-mentioned crystalline protein 11 are mixed by a mixer 15, and the mixture is crushed by passing through a crushing sieve 16 to obtain a bone meal product 17.

In the present invention, bones, sebum, etc. are used as raw materials, but fish and shellfish18, internal organs, etc. may be used as raw materials, and furthermore, animal internal organs, other residues, etc. can be used as raw materials. In this case, as shown by broken lines in the drawing, fish and shellfish 18 are crushed into appropriate sizes by a crusher 19, and then boiled in a boiling can 20. After washing, the liquid is removed using a screw press or a decanter 21, and the solids are removed from the dryer 1.
3, the molten juice may be put into the oil/water separation tank 3, and then treated in the same manner as in the processing factory that uses bones, sebum, etc. as raw materials.

In addition, as a process for treating bad odors associated with exhaust gas in each of the above-mentioned treatment processes, a steaming pot 1, an oil/water separation tank 3,
Exhaust steam or exhaust gas is led from the dryer 13 and the boiling can 20 to a heat exchanger 22, where the exhaust gas is cooled and condensed water is sent to a sewage treatment device 23, and insoluble gas is sent to a deodorizing combustion furnace 24 and a washing adsorption device. It is led to a deodorizer to deodorize it.

Therefore, in the present invention, since protein in a crystalline state is obtained from the protein-containing molten juice collected at the bottom of the pot during the steaming process, it is possible to effectively utilize the protein contained in bones, sebum, etc. Even in the case of mixing with dry solid bones, it is possible to produce bone meal rationally by eliminating the unreasonable process of mixing boiled broth in a molten state with dry solid bones during the drying process as in the past. It can be done.

As described above, according to the present invention, since protein in a crystalline state is obtained from broth, there is an effect that protein contained in bones can be effectively utilized without wasting it. In addition, since this crystal protein is mixed with dry solid bone, there is no unreasonableness that would occur if the broth is mixed in its liquid state, unlike the conventional method, and this makes the bone meal as a product smooth and less hygroscopic. This makes it possible to significantly improve the quality of the product. In addition, since the mixing process and various post-mixing processes can be performed easily, not only does the manufacturing process become smoother, but there is also less dirt adhering to the equipment, eliminating the risk of contaminating the product with impurities.Furthermore, the equipment itself is There are enormous practical benefits such as ease of maintenance and management.

As shown in the example, if the oil is washed with hot water without using a heating device during the refining process of oil and fat products, scorching of the oil can be prevented and oxidation can also be prevented. It is possible to produce clean, high-quality oil and fat products.
