この発明はボーンミール及び魚粉等の製造方法

めに吸湿性の高い製品となり、このため製品管理
を乾燥状態で行う必要があり、又製品が酸化し易
くなつて品質低下をまねくことになるばかりでな
く、製造に際しても煮汁混合後の処理工程が円滑
に行えず、又装置内部に汚れが付着して清掃維持

も容易にさせ、かつ装置の維持管理を容易にさせ
ようとするものである。尚、溶融液状蛋白質は蒸
発濃縮では、固形化不能で加温した油中において

脂を蒸製釜1に投入して、これに生蒸気を吹込み

製釜1には立型、横型のどちらを使用してもよ
い。そして、この蒸製処理により、骨、皮脂等に
含有している油分、蛋白質、ニカワ質が溶融し
て、釜1の下部に溜ると、この溶融汁2を釜1か
ら取出して油水分離タンク3に移し替えるもので

く、きれいな油脂製品が製造できるのである。
尚、この油脂製品の精製過程で分離した水分8及
び蒸製釜1内の微粒子8′は溶融汁から分離させ

油を収容しておき、この油中に煮汁を投入して脱
水させ、これをその後、搾油することで結晶蛋白

て、以後は上記骨、皮脂等を原料とする処理工場

容易に行えるから製造過程が円滑になるばかりで
なく、装置に付着する汚れも少なくなつて製品に
不純物が混入するといつたおそれもなく、さらに
は装置自体の維持管理も容易になるなど多くの利

等に含有した油分、蛋白質、ニカワ質の溶融汁を
取出し、次にこの溶融汁を油分と蛋白質の溶融し
た煮汁とに分離させたのち、この煮汁を脱水処理
して蛋白質を結晶固形化させるようにしたことを
