する際に使用される揚げ卸し装置に関するもので
ある。

が、炉内は狭いうえに熱処理の残熱により高温で
あるために作業を行い難いばかりでなく、火傷の
危険があるという欠点があり、しかも、熱処理が
終了後に人が炉内に入れる程度までに炉内を冷却
しなければならないので、搬出入に多くの時間が
かかつて処理量を増すことができず、また、炉内
が冷やされるために次の熱処理に必要とされる温
度にまで昇温するのに余分の時間と燃料が必要と
なつてコスト高となる等種々の欠点があり、狭い
炉内においても処理品を適確容易に把持すること
のできる揚げ卸し装置の開発が強く要望されてい
た。

線で示すように処理品ロの下面に掛止されること
となる。そこで、吊下紐6を引き上げれば、吊下
紐6の中間部は両フツク杆4の枢着点よりも内側
に位置して両スライド金具3に設けられた両受ロ
ーラ7に案内されているため、処理品ロの重みに
よつて案内桁杆1に拒挿された両スライド金具3
は案内桁杆1の中央に向つて摺動され、第3図に
示すように両フツク杆4が処理品ロの側面に当接
するとともに吊下紐6が処理品ロの上端縁に接し
た状態となり、処理品ロは両フツク杆4に掛止さ
れるのみならず吊下紐6によつても締め付けられ
て処理品ロが落下することを適確に防止すること
となるから、そのまま炉外へ搬出して所定場所に
載置し、両フツク杆4を処理品ロより外せばよい
ものであり、また、搬入する際には前記とは逆に
行えばよく、処理品ロの搬入、搬出時に作業者が
炉内に入ることなく適確容易に行うことができ
る。すなわち、案内桁杆1の両端方部にスライド
金具3,3を摺動自在に装着して各スライド金具
3に両フツク杆4を枢着するとともに両フツク杆
4の下方部には中間部を両受ローラ7に案内させ
た吊下紐6の両端を連結したものであるから、両
フツク杆4は垂直状態から内方に枢動することに
よつて処理品を掛止することとなり、両フツク杆
4が挿し込めるだけの空間が炉壁と処理品間にあ
れは処理品を掛止して搬出入を容易に行うことが
できることとなり、従つて、熱処理が終了したら
炉内が高温であつても、すぐに処理品の搬出入が
できて炉内を徒に冷却することがなく、熱損失が
少なくなつて燃料費の節約と作業時間の短縮がで
きる利点もある。しかも、処理品は両フツク杆4
によつて掛止されるのみでなく両フツク杆4の内
側面と吊下紐6によつて適確に保持されるから、
処理品が落下することもない等種々の利点があ
る。
