【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

現在、各種の工場において、原料及び製品等の
運搬作業に当りベルトコンベヤーが大きな比重を
占めているが、搬送中にベルトコンベヤーの蛇行
(片寄り)による被搬送物が落下するという障害
が生じ、運転停止あるいは落下物の処理等で作業
に大きな支障を来たす結果となつていた。 本考案はベルトコンベヤーの蛇行防止策とし
て、安全でかつ簡単に蛇行調整できる装置を提供
せんとするものである。 本考案を図面により説明する。 第1図,第2図に示すように、ローラー3を両
端の軸4,4′を挾んで支持金物6により支持
し、さらにこの支持金物6には中央下部に自在に
動く球面軸受5を設けた取付台7をベルトコンベ
ヤー架台8に固設し、ローラー3は第3図に示す
ように、ベルトコンベヤーのテールプーリ1に近
接し、リターンベルト2の下側にベルトと水平位
置に設置する。 さらに、コンベヤー架台8の片側の支柱9に左
右(A.B.C)、上下(a.b.c)のピン穴を設けた扇
形状の水平調整器11並びに上下調整器12より
なる調整アーム10を取り付けると共に、一方が
支持金物6の片側に固定され、かつ他方がピン1

着される調整レバー13を設けたものである。 次に本考案の使用例について説明する。 本考案の蛇行調整装置はベルトコンベヤーを運
転し、被搬送物を乗せたままの状態で、水平調整

上下に動かすことによりコンベヤーを右または左
に寄せることができる。 即ち、ベルトコンベヤーが順調に作動している
ときは、調整レバーを上下並びに水平の両調整器
の中間位置(Bとb)に固着しておくが、ベルト
コンベヤー何らかの理由で片寄り(蛇行)を生じ
た場合に、上下調整器の適宜位置に調整レバーを
固着したまゝ水平調整器に沿つてスライドさせて
左または右の位置に固着してベルトコンベヤーの
片寄りを調整するものである。 次表は本考案装置を巾600m/mのベルトコン
ベヤーに設置し、ベルトコンベヤーの負荷を21ト
ン/時〜53トン/時まで変化させる(10回)と共
に、調整レバーの位置を変化させることによりベ
ルトコンベヤーの片寄りの方向及びベルトコンベ
ヤーの動く寸法を示したものである。

できる。 また、調整用のピン穴の数を適宜増やすことに
よつてより極め細かく調整を行なうことができ
る。 上記のように本考案により、簡単な装置でベル
トコンベヤーの作動中に生ずる片寄りを矯正する
ことができ、被搬送物の落下も殆んどなく、かつ
ベルトコンベヤーの損傷もなく、したがつて無駄
な作業がなくなり、工場における搬送作業が効果
的に行なわれるようになつた。
