(Embodiment) Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, 1 is an elevated belt conveyor (shown schematically), and tail belt wheels are provided at predetermined intervals. A belt 4 is hung between the belt pulley 2 and the head belt pulley 3, and throttle wheels 5 and 6 are provided at the elevation angle conversion points P and P1 of the conveyor 1 on the tail side of the conveyor 1, respectively. Although not shown, a belt section L1 on the carrier side between the head belt pulley 3 and the belt belt pulley 3 is provided so as to be tiltable up and down by a predetermined angle α about the angle conversion point P through an elevating means (not shown). In addition, a portion 7 on the tail side with an unchanged inclination angle (in this example, provided horizontally), that is, the tail belt pulley 2
The section L2 between the chute 8 and the throttling wheel 5 is located almost directly below the conveyed material supply chute 8 installed above the same section, and is formed to have a minimum length sufficient to inherit the conveyed material from the chute 8.

This movable skirt device 12 consists of a pair of left and right movable skirt parts 13.
3 are symmetrically constructed, so to explain one of them, 14 is a bearing attached to the pedestal side of the supply chute 8, and a movable arm 15 having a predetermined length is attached to the tip side of the bearing 14. A belt holding roller 17 is rotatably attached to the shaft 16 and has approximately the same diameter as the throttle wheel 5 and rotates with the belt 4 held between the throttle wheel 5 and the belt 4. Also, the belt 4 of the movable arm 15
A substantially rectangular plate-shaped skirt plate 19 having a predetermined length is removably attached to the side surface via a plurality of attachment pieces 18, and the tail end of the skirt plate 19 is attached to the side plate 11 of the chute portion 10. It is provided in a polymeric manner on the outside of the . Further, a support roller 2 is provided on the distal end side of the movable arm 15 via a shaft 20, which has approximately the same diameter as the belt presser roller 17 and is rotatably in sliding contact with the belt 4.
1 is pivotally mounted. The skirt plates 19 of the left and right skirt portions 13 thus formed are erected in a shielding manner on the left and right sides of the belt 4 via the movable arm 15 to which the belt pressing roller 17 and support roller 21 are attached. As the conveyor 1 is tilted, the movable arm 15 is configured to rotate independently about its axis 16 following the same inclination angle as the carrier side of the belt 4.
By setting the weights of the movable arm 15, skirt plate 19, shaft 20, and support roller 21 of the skirt portion 13 to appropriate values, the support roller 21 can respond to the movement of the belt 4 while maintaining appropriate contact pressure with the belt 4. In addition, the belt 4 is moved while maintaining its normal shape so as not to give support to the conveyance of the conveyed object.

Now, in this embodiment, in an elevating belt conveyor 1 that can change the belt 4 to a predetermined inclination angle α on the carrier side, a conveyed material supply chute is placed above the tail belt pulley 2 from the inclination angle conversion point P of the belt 4. 8, and bearings 14 are provided on both sides of the lower part of the supply chute 8.
A pair of skirt portions 13 are provided opposite each other via a shaft 16, and a skirt plate 19 is provided in parallel on the opposite side of a movable arm 15 which is rotatably provided on a bearing 14 via a shaft 16. A belt holding roller 17 that rotates to sandwich the belt 4 and a throttle wheel 5 disposed at an angle conversion point P is pivotally attached to the shaft 16, and the belt 4 is attached to the front end of the movable arm 15 via a shaft 20. A support roller 21 is provided to be rotatable in sliding contact with the belt 4, and the sides of the belt 4 are shielded by a skirt plate 19.
In addition, the left and right skirt portions 13 are configured to be able to independently move according to the deflection angle of the belt 4 around the bearing 14. Therefore, the conveyance material supply chute 8 of this example is provided on the tail side of the belt conveyor 1 at the upper part of the section L2 between the inclination angle conversion point P of the conveyor 1 and the tail belt pulley 2. A pair of skirt portions 13 are provided on both sides of the front portion of the lower side of the skirt portion so as to be rotatable via a shaft 16 relative to the bearing 14, so the degree of freedom is large and the skirt portions 13 can be independently displaced. When the belt conveyor 1 changes its inclination angle at the inclination angle conversion point P, both skirt portions 13 can constantly follow this change and maintain almost the same inclination angle as the carrier side of the belt 4. In addition, the skirt portion 13 has a large degree of freedom and can be independently displaced, and the rollers 17 and 2 can be prevented from spilling out.
1, it is possible to cope with deformation of both edges of the belt 4 due to imbalance in the amount of loose materials supplied from the supply chute 8 onto the belt 4. It is possible to independently follow up and prevent spillage, and also prevent damage to the belt 4. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4A and B, the conventional vertical belt conveyor requires a section B1 where the inclination angle remains unchanged, but in the vertical belt conveyor of this example, the skirt portion 13 is almost constant.
The total machine length of the belt conveyor can be shortened by the length of , and the equipment cost and installation space of the belt conveyor can be reduced.

In the above embodiment, an elevating type belt conveyor was illustrated, but a belt conveyor equipped with a movable tripper as shown in Fig. 5 A and B can also have the same effect by having the same configuration as the above embodiment. It is effective.

(Effects of the invention) Now, in a belt conveyor that can change the belt to a predetermined inclination angle on the carrier side, the conveyed material supply chute is arranged above the tail belt wheel from the inclination angle conversion point of the belt. A pair of skirt parts is provided on both sides of the lower part of the supply chute via a bearing, and the skirt part has a skirt plate on the opposite side of a movable arm rotatably provided on the bearing via a shaft. A squeeze wheel disposed at the angle conversion point and a belt holding roller that rotates while sandwiching the belt are pivotally connected to the shaft, and the front end of the movable arm is connected to the belt via the shaft. A support roller is provided so as to be able to slide and rotate in contact with the belt, and the sides of the belt are shielded by the skirt plate, and the left and right skirt portions are configured to be able to independently follow the shifting angle of the belt around bearings. Therefore, when the belt conveyor changes its inclination angle at the inclination angle conversion point, both skirt parts can be displaced largely and independently due to their degree of freedom. It is possible to maintain the same inclination angle, which prevents conveyed materials such as loose materials from spilling from the supply chute, and the skirt section in particular has a large degree of freedom and can be independently displaced. Even if there is an imbalance in the amount of loose objects fed from the supply chute onto the belt by the conveying section, and deformation occurs on both edges of the belt, it can be handled and tracked independently. It can be activated to prevent spills and also prevent damage to the belt. Further, the total length of the belt conveyor can be shortened by approximately the length of the skirt portion, and the equipment cost and installation space of the belt conveyor can be reduced.
