バー装置に係り、特に、タンク側の開口部周辺に
設けた係止部材に係合される締結部材を全てハツ

且つタンク内部に加圧空気が残存していてタンク
内部側よりハツチカバー側に垂直の外力が作用し

ク側係止部材にひつかかるよう締結部材を配置し
てハツチカバーの開動作ができぬ様にしたハツチ

様にした粉体タンク運搬車等に於けるハツチカバ

る筒体12が取り付けられ、この筒体12上に臨
んで対向する如く、ハツチカバー22に固定した
ブラケツト13が配設されている。これらのブラ
ケツト13には支軸14,15が張架され、この
支軸14にハンドル16の端部付近が枢支されて
いる。また、このハンドル16の端部には、第4
図に示す様にリンク17の一端が軸18にて枢支
され、そのリンク17の他端は保持板19の一端
に軸20にて枢支されている。この保持板19は
ブラケツト13の上記支軸15に回動自在に支承
され、この保持板19の他端に螺合した調整ねじ
21端が、上記鍔12aの下面を支持する様に係
合している。一方、上記支持ブラケツト13は筒
体12上端の開口を覆うハツチカバー22に取り
付けられ、このハツチカバー22の上記鍔12a
に対向する凹所23には、シール用パツキング2
4が取り付けられている。かかる構造になる締結
部材Aがハツチカバー22の周辺の3箇所に設け
られる。また、第2図に示す如く、ハツチカバー
22周側縁の1箇所にはアーム25の一端が固定
され、このアーム25の他端はタンク3上の軸部
26に回動自在に取り付けられている。ここで重
要なことは、上記各締結部材Aの調整ねじ21
は、上記軸部26を中心に矢印X方向に回動した
際に、筒体12上部の鍔12aの下方を通過する
回動軌跡上に設けたことである。すなわち、上記
ハンドル16を第3図および第4図に於いて、鎖
線位置に軸14を中心に回動し、上記リンク17
および保持板19をそれぞれ矢印方向に回動し
