器、２はアンテナ、３はサー＋ユレータ、４はマイクロ
波変調器、６はマイクロ波減衰器、９は存速低周波発振
部、１０は存速ゲート時間設定回路部、１１は存速切換
回路部、１２は存速選別ゲート回路である。
なお、図中同一あるいは、相当部分には同一符号を付し
