器、2はアンテナ、3はサーキュレータ、4はマイクロ
波変調器、5は低周波発振器、6は減衰器、7はゲート
回路部、8は時間設定回路部である。なお図中同一ある
いは相 −当部骨には同一符号を付して示しである
