[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a prefabricated house used at construction sites, event venues, temporary housing, etc., and in particular can be assembled and stored quickly. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a prefabricated house that can shorten the assembly work time and extremely reduce the storage volume when not in use.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, temporary houses used at construction sites, event venues, temporary housing, etc., have often been used as temporary houses for workers to take breaks and lodging, or as offices for giving instructions. It is customary for these temporary housing units to be temporarily assembled at a construction site, temporary location, etc., and then disassembled and removed once the purpose of use has been achieved.
For this reason, prefabricated prefabricated houses were often used.

However, these conventional prefabricated houses require a lot of effort to assemble and disassemble, making it difficult to assemble them in a short period of time for emergency purposes. In addition, the number of parts used is large, and because they are combined to form a single house, the repeatability is low, and after being used several times, parts cannot be reused and must be replaced. Otherwise, there was a drawback that it could not be used again as a prefabricated house. From this point of view, for example, Utility Model No. 52006 of 1972, Utility Model No. 55285 of 1972, Utility Model Model No. 28252 of 1973, and Utility Model Number 54 of 1972.
Prefabricated houses, such as No. 1284 of 2013, have been devised that can be used repeatedly and are easy to assemble and dismantle. However, in these newly proposed prefabricated houses, it is only possible to assemble a prefabricated house with the same size as the floor area, and it is not possible to use the floor area widely. It was difficult to do.

In conventional prefabricated houses, the parts are transported in pieces and then assembled using bolts and nuts at the installation site, or the parts are already assembled into a three-dimensional shape and then moved to the installation site using a crane, etc. To increase the floor space by storing things that are relocated and fixed, or other houses that can be pulled out inside one house, and then, after installing it at the installation location, pulling out the inner houses. Things were being thought of. As mentioned above, the method of separating the floor, wall, and roof components and assembling them on site with bolts, NANDs, and even braced reinforcing bars has been used for a long time, but as the number of parts increases, it becomes difficult to assemble. It takes a lot of time to do this, and it also takes a lot of time to remove it, so the workability is extremely poor. From this point of view, for example, there is an inconvenience that it takes about the same amount of time to assemble and disassemble the house compared to the number of days it will be used, and it is desirable that the time taken to assemble and dismantle the house be extremely short compared to the number of days it will be used. In addition, houses that have been preassembled in three-dimensional form are placed on trucks and set up using cranes, etc. at the construction site, but since the houses have already been assembled, the assembly and removal work is extremely difficult. Although it is quick, the floor space is limited to the size of the truck body because it transports the houses themselves, and there is also a limit to the number of houses that can be placed in the trunk, so one truck can have a large floor space. It was technically impossible to transport the prefabricated houses. For this reason, if it is not possible to transport an assembled house with a floor area much larger than the floor area of the trunk in one transport, the cost of transport will be extremely high in actual operation. It has also been considered to store smaller houses inside one house and extend it horizontally or vertically at the site to increase the floor space, but in this case, the transportation will be carried out twice. The total area that can be accommodated is limited to 2 to 3 times the truck bed, and it is not possible to transport houses with larger floor areas in one truck.

In addition, since the house is disassembled into multiple parts and assembled by expanding and contracting, the assembly process is extremely quick, but there is a drawback that rain, wind, etc. can enter the joints between the houses, and the construction of the house is difficult. requires precision processing,
It also had the disadvantage of being expensive. In addition, like the utility model mentioned above, there is a structure in which the side walls can be folded in the center and extended vertically, but because the side walls are folded up and down, the house can only have the same area as the floor area. However, it was technically impossible to create a large effective floor area.

In the present invention, during transportation, the left and right floors are folded into the central floor, the left and right walls are folded onto the folded left and right floors, and the left and right roofs are folded onto the folded walls. Finally, by placing the central roof part, the panel-shaped floor part, left and right floor parts, walls, and left and right roof parts can be folded onto the floor part of the same area. When assembling, after lifting the central roof part with a crane, etc., expand the left and right floors, left and right walls, and left and right roof parts in the left-right direction of the floor, and then Side chambers with the same floor area as the floor are formed on the left and right sides of the
It is possible to form a space approximately twice the size of the floor.

In addition, when this prefabricated house is not in use, each of the panel-like members that make up the prefabricated house can be folded (folded), so the volume becomes extremely small when stored in a warehouse, etc., making it possible to store many prefabricated houses in a small warehouse. In addition, when installed, the floor can be extended to the left and right compared to the floor area, so when carried in a trunk etc., the floor area can be larger than the floor area that can be placed in the trunk. It is suitable for gathering places with a large number of people or large construction sites.
