Conventionally, when using a metal surface material made of aluminum or the like as a laminated board for shutters, etc., it is necessary to interpose an insulation board between the two surface materials for the purpose of insulation. The heat insulating material formed on the board is difficult to adhere to the metal surface material, and the bonding work is troublesome, so recently it has been proposed to inject foamed polyurethane between the surface materials. However, in the case of foamed polyurethane, the skin layer is bonded to the surface material without any gaps, and large voids are likely to be formed due to air pockets during filling, and due to its brittleness after curing, it may be partially damaged by vibrations when opening and closing rain shutters, etc. It is easy for the metal plate to chip and fall off, creating a large void in that area, which reduces the insulation effect and weakens it.In addition, due to the above-mentioned continuous bonding, the surface material of the metal plate becomes extremely warped. It had the drawback that it was easy to open and close. In addition, in the case of the foamed polyurethane mentioned above,
As for the degree of bonding itself in the seamlessly bonded portion, since the surface material was made of metal, a sufficient degree of bonding could not be obtained.

Therefore, in this invention, we are trying to propose a laminated plate for shutters etc. that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional products mentioned above. As for its structure, the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer is placed between two surface materials made of metal plates. A large number of foamed particles made of coalesced or blended with other thermoplastic resins are interposed, and the foamed particles are expanded by steam heating to form a foamed body that is thermally fused to each other. This is a laminate in which foamed particles are bonded to a surface material at the same time as the foam particles are thermally fused, and a non-bonded member is placed between the surface material and the foam to prevent the foam from being partially bonded to the bonded surface of the surface material. It is characterized by being partially interposed.

In addition, regarding the filling port 43 for filling the foamed particles a, there are cases where the filling port 43 is removed after filling, and cases where the filling port 43 is embedded within the foam 20.
Particularly in the latter case, it is suitable for something that is connected to the metal mold member 60, and the shape illustrated in FIG. 9 can strengthen the sense of unity with the foam body 20.

The laminated board of this invention with the above configuration is
A foamed body 20 formed by heating and expanding foamed particles interposed between two metal plates 10 and 10' is made of a styrene product-maleic anhydride copolymer or this and other thermoplastic resin. The surface material 10, 10' is made by heating and expanding (secondary foaming) a large number of foam particles made of a blend of
Even after the secondary foaming, there is a small gap between the parts joined to each other, and the foam 20 and the surface materials 10, 10' are not joined to each other in the part where the non-joint member B is interposed. When the plate is used as a shutter etc., the surface material made of metal plate 10,1
The expansion due to the thermal influence of 0' can be released between the surface material part and the non-bonded part in the gap part, and the effect of preventing the entire warpage caused by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion with the foam 20 is extremely large. . In addition, in each bonding part, the foamed particles constituting the foamed body 20 contain polar maleic acid, and have very high bondability to the surface materials 10, 10' made of metal plates, and the adhesive Regardless of the use, the foam 20 simultaneously thermally fuses the foam particles to each other and the surface material 1.
Since it is bonded to the surface material 10, 10', it is bonded even more strongly at the bonded part, and the surface material 10, 10'
This eliminates the drawbacks of conventional products, such as peeling off from the roof or chipping in parts due to vibrations caused by opening and closing during use as a rain door.

Furthermore, foams made of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers or blends of this with other thermoplastic resins are also highly heat-resistant, and when the laminates are used as shutters, they can be used in the summer or during heating, etc. Even against heat transfer, it does not cause thermal deformation and exhibits a good heat insulating effect. Therefore, the laminated board for shutters has excellent heat retention properties without escaping the indoor cooling effect even in midsummer, and without escaping the indoor heating effect even in midwinter.

In addition, this invention also includes a surface material 10 made of a metal plate,
In contrast to 10', the foam 20 is constructed without the use of adhesives, so it is easy to manufacture, is inexpensive, has high heat resistance, has a high degree of bonding at each joint, and is laminated without warping due to heat effects. In addition to the above-mentioned shutters, the board is widely used for various purposes such as ceiling and wall materials for unit baths, table and home Gotatsu face plates, signboards, advertising boards, blackboards, doors, partitions, etc., and is of excellent practical use. It will be possible to demonstrate the desired effect.
