Conventionally, in painting equipment using paint spraying equipment, for example, paint mist is separated from the air containing overspray mist generated when spray painting is performed using a spray gun in the painting room, and clean air is recirculated and removed from the system. A closed-circuit system that does not emit harmful substances is used, but since the amount of circulating air is large, a large-capacity vacuum compression pump is required, and the pump also has problems such as increased noise and power consumption.

The coating room is configured with a spray chamber 1 at its center, static pressure chambers 2 provided on both sides thereof, and air curtain chambers 3, 3 arranged on both sides of the outermost end. The spray chamber 1 incorporates air and a mist separator 4 for separating and capturing paint mist from the air, and a turbo fan 6 for sucking the air from which the mist has been separated through an intake pipe 5 is attached. Turbo fan 6 in static pressure chamber 2
When a part of the discharged air is guided, an airflow from the static pressure chamber 2 toward the spray chamber 1 can be generated. Further, the remainder of the exhaust air from the turbo fan 6 is guided to the air curtain outlet 7 provided in the air curtain chamber 3, and the air from the air curtain intake port 8 provided opposite to this is guided by the exhaust fan 9. Discharge. If the amount of air taken into the turbo fan 6 is set to be larger than the amount of air sent in from the static pressure chamber 2, a portion of the air blown from the air curtain outlet 7 is sucked into the spray chamber 1 via the static pressure chamber 2. If the amount of air taken in by the exhaust fan 9 is set to be larger than the amount of air blown out from the air curtain outlet 7, air from outside the system will flow in in addition to the amount of air blown out from the air curtain, thereby maintaining quantitative balance.

Therefore, most of the air in the painting chamber circulates within the system to form a closed circuit, and some of the air mixes with air outside the system and is diluted before being discharged.

Since the coating device according to the present invention is configured as described above, the air/mist separator separates the paint mist and discharges the air from which the mist has been separated to a certain extent to the outside of the system. It is possible to minimize the risk of gas being discharged out of the system, and it is not necessary to provide a large-capacity vacuum compression pump, so noise can be reduced.

With a spray chamber in the center, static pressure chambers are provided on both sides thereof, and air curtain chambers are arranged on both sides of the outermost end to form a painting chamber, and air from which paint mist has been separated and removed is sucked from the spray chamber, A portion of the suctioned air is guided to the static pressure chamber to generate an airflow from the static pressure chamber toward the spraying chamber, and the remainder of the suctioned air is guided to the air curtain outlet of the air curtain chamber, and the air curtain is inhaled. A closed circuit is formed by making the amount of air taken in at the opening larger than the amount of air blown out from the air curtain outlet, so that most of the air in the painting chamber circulates within the system, and some air flows outside the system. A coating device characterized by being mixed with air, diluted, and discharged.
