に、吹付塗料の過剰塗料ミストaは被塗装物1の
後壁2に付着させられ、そして水洗いによつて床
下面に落とされると共に凝集沈殿させられてその
処理が成されていた。しかし、このものによる
と、水処理及び塗料かす処理のための費用が高く
つくことと、更に塗料ミストの大気蒸散等の問題
があつた。

室11内を吊り下げ搬送装置13により搬送され
ると共にスプレーガン14により吹付塗料される
被塗装物である。15は被塗装物12の後方に設
けられた過剰塗料ミストbのベルトコンベア式捕
集体で、過剰塗料ミストbを塗装室11から該塗
装室11上方の燃焼室16内に移動させるもので
ある。即ち、過剰塗料ミストbを捕集するベルト
17は、塗装室11内下部に位置する駆路ローラ
18と、燃焼室16上方の燃焼排ガスダクト19
内に位置する従動ローラ20とに亘つて無端状に
巻回されると共に矢印c方向に移動可能にされて
いる。そして、上記ベルト17は、第3図及び第
4図に示すように、複数個の帯体21を介して全
面にセラミツクフイルター22が貼着されたもの
である。23は燃焼室16内に設けられた燃焼バ
ーナで、ベルト17に対向して設けられている。
24は補集体15の後方に形成された塗装室内ダ
クトで、その下端は塗装室11内に連通されると
共に上端は排気フアン25を介して上記燃焼排ガ
スダクト19に連通されている。なお、26は塗
装室内ダクト24内に設けられたバツフルプレー
ト、27は塗装室11底部に設けられた塗料ミス
トの補集部である。

にしたので、従来のような水処理を必要としなく
なり、従つて塗料ミスト処理費を大幅に減じるこ
とができ、また塗料ミストを燃焼させているの
で、その臭気対策にも効果的である。
