DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin coated yarn and its woven fabric.More specifically, the first invention is to coat the entire outer surface of the yarn with polyurethane resin, and to coat the inside of the yarn with polyurethane resin. The second invention relates to a resin-coated yarn characterized in that the yarn (1) is coated with a polyurethane resin that has been impregnated into the inside of the yarn (1), and the coated yarn (4) is Woven cloth (^)
The present invention relates to a woven fabric for a polyurethane resin coating film, which is characterized by forming a polyurethane resin coating film.

The conventional resin-coated woven fabric (^゛) is different from the woven fabric (^゛).
The woven fabric (^°) was immersed in a polyurethane resin solution.
The threads (1°) were simply coated with polyurethane resin on the surface, and there were no threads (1°) coated with resin. When resin is applied to the woven fabric (80), the fuzz of the yarn (1゛) is suppressed by coating, but as shown in Figure tA4, polyurethane resin is applied only to the surface of the woven fabric (80). Coated yarn 11 (2')
The polyurethane resin coating film (2°) will peel off from the surface of the woven fabric (^°) and fuzz will appear if used for a long period of time. (There was a drawback that it was. Also, woven fabric (^゛)
Since it is a coating only on the surface, it has poor integration with the woven fabric (^°) (in other words, when you try to cross section the woven fabric (^°), the resin coating film (2゛) on the surface is compressed or The resin coating skin 11 (2') develops a resistance force against this compressive force and tensile force.
) It gives the wearer a stiff feeling as if it were a non-woven fabric, and in addition to the drawbacks of being uncomfortable to the touch, the resin coating skin 11 (2°) causes clogging of the woven fabric (^°), which reduces breathability. There was also the drawback of damaging it.

The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples, and aims to provide excellent breathability, no peeling of the coating film, excellent integrity to woven fabrics, and a comfortable feel to the touch. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane resin coated yarn with good quality and a woven fabric thereof. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to the illustrated embodiments.1 The yarn (1) used in the present invention may be either synthetic fiber or natural fiber such as cotton, linen, or wool.1 Pass each tube through the polyurethane resin solution and impregnate it to the inside of No. 10. Thereafter, the polyurethane resin is coagulated by passing it through hot or cold water, and the entire surface of the thread (1) is covered with a polyurethane resin coating film (2). In this case, a water-soluble urethane resin was used, but the urethane resin is not limited to this.
It may be made using a solvent, or it may be coated with polyurethane resin by heating.1! (2) may be used as a foam, and a polyurethane resin coating film (
2) may be uniformly formed on the surface of the thread (1), or conversely, the feeding rate of the thread (1) may be changed as appropriate to change the dipping time so that the polyurethane resin coating film (2) is formed thinly. The coating thread (4) may be formed to have a thick part and a thick part, so that when it is made into a woven fabric (^), an accent part will be created and it will look natural. It can give a feeling similar to that of a woven fabric (^). Due to the resin coating, the fluff of the yarn (1) is wrapped in the coating film (2), resulting in a yarn with a unique texture. In addition, when the urethane resin coated yarn 11 (2) is made of foam, it has hygroscopicity,
It can be made to have excellent heat retention.

The woven fabric (^) is then tied up using the polyurethane resin coated thread (4), but since the coated thread (4) is used, the coating film (2)
The polyurethane resin coating film (2) is woven into the inside of the woven fabric (^), ensuring the integrity of the polyurethane resin coating film (2) and the woven fabric (^), The coated yarn (4) slides when bent like a normal woven fabric (^), exhibiting flexibility and creating a woven fabric (^) that is extremely soft to the touch. Additives (3)
The additive (3) may be added to the inside or surface of the thread (1) or the coating film (
Items large enough to fit into the interior of 2), such as fine powder or foil powder, can be considered. Other examples include impregnation of the thread itself or a liquid that can be mixed with resin. Examples of additives (3) include various chemicals, radium powder, aluminum foil powder, brass foil powder, etc. , various pigments such as phosphorescent agents. These additives (3) may be pre-impregnated inside the thread (1) or attached to the surface of the thread (1), and the polyurethane resin may be coated thereon, or the additives (3) may be coated with the polyurethane resin. It may be mixed in and attached to the thread (1) during coating. Also, after coating, add the additive (3) and coat again to form the coating film (2).
Additive (3) may be buried in the darkness. As a result, the additive (3) cannot be applied directly to the surface, the degree of deterioration is slowed down, and in the case of drugs and radium powder, their medicinal effects are retained for a long time, and the In the case of powder, the surface is not oxidized, maintains a high reflectance for a long period of time, and exhibits excellent 71 strength properties, and at the same time, aluminum foil powder also exhibits heat retention properties. .

In addition, since the luminescent agent is wrapped inside the coating film (2) as mentioned above, it is possible to prevent its deterioration and prevent its harmful substances from leaking to the outside, making it possible to use it safely. Ru.

As mentioned above, in the first invention, the entire outer surface of the thread is coated with polyurethane resin, so there is no fluff at all and it has a unique texture. Since it is permeated with the coating, there is no f4Ia coating film, and there is no fuzzing even after long-term use, which is an advantage.
In the invention, the yarn is coated with a polyurethane resin that has penetrated into the inside of the yarn, and the coated yarn is used to form a woven fabric, so that the coating film is woven together with the yarn, and the coating film and the yarn are woven together. are integrated to form a woven fabric, ensuring the integrity of the coating film and the threads, and when the woven fabric is bent, the coating film and the integrated coating threads slide against each other, and the surface of the woven fabric It has the advantage of providing flexibility that is not available in conventional examples that are simply coated, and at the same time, it can ensure the same air permeability as ordinary woven fabrics. Furthermore, since the coating film of polyurethane wM penetrates into the interior of the woven fabric, there is also the advantage that there is no peeling of the coating film. Furthermore, since the yarn is coated with polyurethane resin, the fuzz on the surface of the yarn is wrapped in the coating film, giving it a unique texture. As mentioned above, the coating film does not peel off, so it can be used for a long time. It also has the advantage that it does not become fluffy even after being washed. *In addition, when polyurethane resin is used as a foam, it is possible to impart excellent moisture absorption and heat retention to woven fabrics, and when polyurethane resin or prefecture is impregnated with additives, the additives do not appear on the outside.
The deterioration rate is slowed down and the effect lasts for a long time.
