は器7の上部傾斜面にスポット状に穿孔した接着剤吐出
部8を固定的に臨ませて前記吐出部8に適量スポット状
に吐出している熔融ホットメルト樹脂等の接着剤9を部
質後続小中単板1aの前端面に塗布するように構成され

合強度の不足による破損事故が多かった重大な難点も悉
く払拭され、本発明による時は接着剤吐出部に対する接
着剤の再吐出の繰返しサイクルだけで済むから極めて高
速対応性が高く、例えば1〜2Crnの板間隔に対して
も充分対応出来るのみならず、すだれ状に横はぎされた
製品の端面接合部は総ての端面が完全に接着されている
ので格段にその品質を向上することが出来たものである
