Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クランクシャフトの回転によりプーりを介して駆動され
    、冷却水を循環させるウオータポンプを備える内燃機関
    の冷却装置において、プーりをポンプ軸に回転自在に取
    り付ける一方、ポンプ軸の内部にワックスを封入し、こ
    のワックスの体積膨張により半径方向に突出する複数の
    ピストンを収装し、かつピストンを内径方向に付勢する
    スプリングを介装し、このピストンの先端にプーり内周
    面に接触して動力を伝達する摩擦面を形成することを特
    徴とする内燃機関の冷却装置。
