【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は無鉄芯型電機子のローターの構造に関
し、平板状に形成した整流子板1の外周端部に結
線部合せ溝2を凹設し、円筒コイル3より引き出
した結線部4を略U字形に屈曲せしめ、整流子板
1を円筒コイル3内周に配して略U字形に屈曲し
た結線部4を結線部合わせ溝2内に嵌め合わせる
と共に、この結線部4と結線部合せ溝2との間に
半田層5を施して成る無鉄芯型電機子のローター
の構造に係るものである。

整流子である。また円筒コイル3より導出した結
線部4は第2図のように円筒コイル3の内側へ折
り曲げておく。次に整流子板1を円筒コイル3内
に挿入して整流子板1の結線合せ溝2に円筒コイ
ル3の結線部4を第3図aのように嵌め合わせ、
結線部合せ溝2と結線部4との間に半田付けをし
て半田層5を第3図bのように施すものである。
しかしながらこのものでは結線部4は下向きに円
筒コイル3内に折り曲げられているので、結線部
4の先端切り口が円筒コイル3のコイル線材に突
きささつて線材の絶縁被膜を剥離し、レヤシヨー
トが生じやすいものであり、しかも結線部4と結
線部合せ溝2の内面との間に間隙aが大きく生
じ、半田が流出しやすいと共に半田盛が行ない難
いという欠点を有するものであつた。

成されるもので、その端部にコイル線材の巻き始
めと巻き終り部分を合致させた結線部4が導出し
てある。この結線部4を第4図に示すように円筒
コイル3の内側にて略U字形に屈曲させる。しか
して、整流子板1を円筒コイル3内に取付けるに
あたつては、先ず第5図aのように整流子板1を
円筒コイル3内に挿入して整流子板1の結線部合
せ溝2内に円筒コイル3の略U字形に屈曲した結
線部4を嵌め込む。このとき略U字形に屈曲した
結線部4はU字形による弾力性が先部が結線部合
せ溝2の内面に弾接して結線部4と結線部合せ溝
2との間に間隙が生じることを防止される。次に
第5図bのように結線部4と結線部合せ溝2との
間に半田盛りして半田層5を形成する。このと
き、上記のように結線部4と結線部合せ溝2との
間に隙間が生じないので半田の流出が生じるおそ
れはなく、また半田は略U字形に屈曲された結線
部4の内側で受けられて半田盛りが良好に行なえ
るものである。このようにして円筒コイル3と整
流子板1とを電気的に結合させ、さらに第5図a
に示すように円筒コイル3をかしめてかしめ部9
により整流子板1を円筒コイル3に固定さて無鉄
芯型電機子のローターを形成するものである。

間が生じることを防止でき、半田を施した際にこ
の隙間より半田の流出が生じるおそれがないと共
に、半田は略U字形に屈曲された結線部の内側で
受けられて半田盛りを良好に行なうことができる
ものである。
