Abstract

グの一体化を、3部品共に所定の熱処理を施した上、各
接続位置をプロジェクション溶接したものである。

ボール6の位置関係は、第5図、第6図に示すように球
座となるピストン球面部11とボール6の接触位置(当
る位置)を、ボール重心すとピストン球面部11の一部
を結ぶ線Cと、ボール重心すを通るピストントップ面と
平行な線dとの角度θが20’以上を取り、ピストン球
面部11の先端とボール6の先端に間隙12を形成する
。また、このピストン5のカシメ位置の内側に所謂オイ
ルポケットとなる球面接触逃げ部13を設ける。この球
面接触逃げ部13には、カシメ製造時にオイルeを封じ
込めてカシメ完成させる。更に、ピストン5の直接の作
動手段となるボール6、連接棒7.リング8の一体加工
は、所定の熱処理を行ない、この後各々をプロショクジ
ョン溶接する。即ち、ボール6にあっては浸炭焼入れを
、連接棒7とリング8はガス軟窒化の熱処理を行ない、
該ボール6と連接棒7.連接棒7とリング8の突き合わ
せ面をプロジェクション溶接fを行なう。

当る位置を、ボール重心とピストン球面の一部を結ぶ線
を基線に対し20°以上の角度を取るよう限定し、ピス
トン球面部11の先端にある程度の間隙12を配したこ
とにより、該ピストン球面部11とボール6との摺動負
荷が軽減し、延いてはボール6とピストン球面部11の
真球度の精度緩和が計れる。しかもカシメ部に隣接しオ
イルポケッ!−となる球面接触逃げ部13を配したこと
により初期なじみ運転も良好となり、且つカシメ部に飛
散してくるオイルが圧縮工程に表われるカシメ部の間隙
から侵入し、オイル潤滑が行なわれ耐摩耗向上につなが
る(第10図参照)。更に、ボール6と連接棒7とリン
グ8の三点を所定の熱処理とプロジェクション溶接で接
続したことにより、この接続部の引張り強度もあがり、
且つ連接棒7とリング8の直角精度を良好に製造するこ
とが可能となる。また、このリング8の硬度アップによ
り該リング8自体の薄肉化が可能であり、この点からも
低撮動。

シメ部に隣接し球面接触逃げ部(オイルポケット)を設
ける構成とし、しかもこのボール、連接棒、リングの組
立てをプロジェクション溶接をもって行なってなるため
、ピストン駆動が低振動、低騒音となり、耐摩耗性にも
富み、且つ製造し易く、レシプロよりコストの安価なボ
ールジヨイント形ピストン装置を用いた密閉型電動圧縮
機を実現出来る効果を奏する。

をもって配されるボールジョイント形ピストン装置にお
いて、後部に連接棒及びリングを取付けたボールとピス
トンの結合位置を、ピストン外周の端部以外の一部でピ
ストンの全周、若しくは3箇所以上となる複数箇所のカ
シメ結合で支承すると共に、このピストン球面部とボー
ルの接触位置を、ボール重心とピストン球面部の一部を
結ぶ線と、ボール重心を通るピストントップ面と平行な
線との角度が20°以上とすることを特徴とした密閉型
圧縮機用ボールジョイント形ピストン装置。 2、カシメ結合部は、カシメ内側にオイル封入及び歪み
逃げ用の球面接触逃げ部をもってなる特許請求の範囲第
1項記載の密閉型圧縮機用ボールジョイント形ピストン
装置。 3、ボールと連接棒及びリングの取付けが、所定の熱処
理とプロジェクション溶接をもってなる特許請求の範囲
第1項記載の密閉型圧縮機用ボールジョイント形ピスト
ン装置。
