【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は用紙幅検出装置の斜視図、第２図、第３図は従
来の用紙幅検出部の概略図、第４図は本考案の一実施例
を示す用紙幅検出部の概略図、第５図は複数個の出力信
号から１一つの検出信号を取りだす回路の構成図、第６
図は第５図の回路を用いた場合の用紙幅と検出信号の関
係を示すグラフである。 図において、１ａ，１ｂはトラクタ、２は印刷用紙、３
は磁石、４はホール素子、５はセンサブレート、６はド
ライブシャフト、７はシャフト、８は順位付き入力の下
位１出力を選択判別する制御回路である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 印刷用紙の幅に応じて幅方向に移動可能なトラクタと、
    前記トラクタを保持する機構部を具備してなるプリンタ
    において、 トラクタを保持する機構部に複数個のセンサを等間隔で
    配置し、前記トラクタに被検出体を配置し被検出体の長
    さを上記したセンサの配置間隔より大きく設定し、上記
    したセンサの２個以上に出力があった場合に小さな値側
    のみを出力する謂御回路を組合せたことを特徴とするプ
    リンタの用紙幅検出装置。
