Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 移動体に装着される磁石と、この磁石の近傍に
    設けられ、磁石の磁界により抵抗値の変化する第
    １の磁気抵抗効果素子と、この第１の磁気抵抗効
    果素子の抵抗値変化に応じた信号を増幅する低消
    費電流型の演算増幅器と、前記磁石の磁界の影響
    を受けない状態に配置され、前記第１の磁気抵抗
    効果素子の温度変化を補償する第２の磁気抵抗効
    果素子とを備える移動体検出装置において、 前記第１の磁気抵抗効果素子と前記第２の磁気
    抵抗効果素子を１チツプに形成し、かつこのチツ
    プの第１の磁気抵抗効果素子が形成される領域の
    、少なくとも片側に磁性体を設けたことを特徴と
    する移動体検出装置。
