動杆をスイツチ操作軸の切欠面の一端を支点とし
て切欠面から離面させ、スプリングを働らかせ、
マイクロスイツチに作動接圧を発生させるもので
ある。この従来のものでは操作軸の外周端に支点
が作られるので、スプリングによる接圧発生のモ
ーメントのアームはスプリングの作用中心即ち操
作軸中心と操作軸端の距離即ち略操作軸径に過ぎ
ないこととなり、充分なマイクロスイツチ安定作
動のための接圧が得られないという欠点があつ
た。又作動杆がマイクロスイツチに接触してから
の作動杆の押し込みの距離を充分とることができ
ないためスイツチの安定作動のための接触深さと
確保できず開閉の安定性に欠けるという欠点があ
つた。又操作軸径を数倍に大きくすることは開閉
機構が大型化すること、費用が嵩むことから実用
的な解決とはなつていなかつた。

座金6上方のスペーサ5部分に遊嵌し、しかも同
作動杆9とスプリング受座8との間にスプリング
10を介在させてなるシーソー型マイクロスイツ
チ開閉機構に係るものである。

てのみ作動杆9が接触することとなる。従つて作
動杆9の中心部分は切欠面3から離面し、スプリ
ング10が圧縮され作動杆9にモーメントを発生
させるがそのアームはスイツチ操作軸1中心と座
金6端部の接触点14との距離であり、スイツチ
操作軸径1よりかなり大きく数倍程度充分にとり
うる。従つてモーメントは充分高くよつて作動杆
9によるマイクロスイツチ2の接圧力は飛躍的に
大きなものとなる。
