Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. An operating knob is rotatably provided on a part of the support frame, and the elevator frame, which is driven to open and close by the rotating operation of the operating handle, is movable up and down. The toggle mechanism includes a linking lever provided on an operating shaft that rotatably supports an operating handle, and one end rotatably attached to the linking lever, and the other end is rotatable in the opposite direction with respect to the support frame. The reversing lever is pivoted on the reversing lever, and the reversing lever is rotated so that the common shaft of the reversing lever and the linking lever selectively rotates in either direction at a dead point connecting the operating shaft and the pivot point of the reversing lever.
