Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the adhesive force between a skin material and adhesive film and to perform the bonding at ordinary temperature, by bonding the hot fusing type adhesive film to one surface of the skin material by using a solution type bonding agent of reaction-sensitive moisture setting urethane or epoxy adhesive which can bond at ordinary temperature. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 21 fed in the form of a rolled material is coated with a moisture setting polyurethane solution 41 at one surface while the skin material 21 is passed through the contacting section of a bottom roll 43 which is coated with the solution over the entire peripheral surface of the roll and a clean top roll 44 by means of an applying roll 42, whose lower half section is dipped in the bath of the moisture settng pooyurethane solution 41. A nylon-made adhesive film 22 also fed in the form of a rolled material and the skin material 21 coated with solution 41 at one surface are put together by means of rotating rolls 45, and then bonded to each other when passing through a humidifying device 46. The skin material 21 and adhesive film 22 bonded to each other are wound around a roll as a skin material with adhesive film 24.

平板状振動板の製造法に関するものである。

プ5を形成した界磁部の上部に、上記の磁気ギャップ5
に挿入されるボイスコイル6がドライブコーン7によっ
て中央に接合された平板状振動板8をフリーエツジ等の
エツジ9を介してガスケット10とともに固着し7’v
 7 シーム11−e!着し、さら(Zフレーム11に
固着したダンパー12でディスコイル6を正しく磁気ギ
ャップ5の中心に保持する構造を有している。

、その上にコア材33を、づらにコア材33の上に接着
フィルム面を下にして接着フィルム付きスキン材34を
重ねたのち、接着フィルムの溶融点以上の温度に保持し
たプレス金型の上型35でプレスすると、接着フィルム
が融解してスキン材32及び34がコア材33の両面に
接着された平板状振動板が得られる。

て、高温で接着フィルムを融解するためにスキン材とフ
ィルム拐の熱膨張率の相異によって冷却時にスキン材に
引張シ応力が発生し、アルミニウム等のスキン材ではし
わが発生するという問題点があった。また、接着フィル
ム22が熱融着された接着フィルム付きスキン材24を
ロールに巻き取る際に、接着フィルム付きスキン材24
の冷却が不足すると、接着フィルム付きスキン材24の
表面と重ねて巻かれた接着フィルム付きスキン材24の
接着フィルム22面とが接着を起こすという問題点もあ
った。さらにまた、巻き取りを終った接着フィルム付き
スキン材24を保存する場合に、夏季に外気温度が上る
と、同様に接着フィルム付きスキン材同志の接着が生じ
るという問題点もあった。
