に取付脚を取去不能に固定し、次いでボタン本体および
取付脚の外表面に電鋳による導電金属下地メッキ層を耐
着したのち当該下地メッキ層を電極とする電解メッキ法
によって同下地メッキ層の上にニラグル層等本メッキ層
を被着することを特徴とするボタンの製造方法に係るも
のである。

ると共に突条を加熱によるカシメにより内方に折り倒し
て鍔状部を押止する手段でボタン本体に取付脚を取付脚
を取去不能に固定し、次いでボタン本体および取付脚の
外表面に電鋳による導電金属下地メッキ層を耐着したの
ち当該下地メッキ層を電極とする電解メッキ法によって
同下地メッキ層の上にニラグルメッキ層等本メッキ層を
被着することを要旨とし、これにより上記の目標を達成
するものである。

取付脚を構成し、然るのち凹陥部に鍔状部を嵌着すると
共に突条を加熱によるカシメにより内方に折り倒して鍔
状部を押止する手段でボタン本体に取付脚を取去不能に
固定し、次いでボタン本体および取付脚の外表面に電鋳
による導電金属下地メッキ層を附したのち当該下地メッ
キ層を電極とする電解メッキ法によつて同下地メッキ層
の上にニッケル層等本メッキ層を被着することを特徴と
するボタンの製造方法。 2、ボタン本体の上面に凹所を設けこの凹所に本メッキ
層の被着後にエポキシ樹脂等合成樹脂を流し込んでボタ
ン本体とは異色もしくは異質の模様を設けることを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲の記載1のボタンの製造方法。
