【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、自動車用デフロスタノズルに関す
る。通常、自動車の前面ウインドウの下部には、
車内外の温度差に伴なう露滴又は霜付着の除去の
ためデフロスタが装置され、ダツシユボード内に
取り付けられたデフロスタノズルによつて温風を
ウインドウ面を吹きつけることが行なわれてい
る。このデフロスタノズルは、一般に細長の空気
吹出口とエアダクトのパイプ接続部とを有する略
三角形状のものであつて、通常プラスチツクス成
形品から得られている。従来においては、デフロ
スタノズル全体をブロー成形によつて一体に成形
したものが用いられていたが、近時では、その成
形精度ならびに熱変形性等を考慮して、ノズル本
体を上下2面の側板に分割してその各々を熱変形
の生じない材料によつて射出成形したものを用い
るようになつた。そして、これらの各側板の合体
には、各側板の周縁にフランジ部を張設して各フ
ランジ面をハトメ、ホツチキス等によつて貼着す
るもの、あるいはフランジ部に鉤部と開口を設け
て嵌着構造としたもの等が知られている。しかし
ながら、前者にあつては特別な装置と工程とを必
要とし、後者にあつては車体の振動等によつて係
止が外れやすいという欠点があつた。
