The current collector wires conventionally used in suspended monorails, etc. are JIS E 1103 solid iron 9Kg/m, 6
Kg/m rail etc. When a pantograph shoe slides on the surface of such a current collector wire, a sliding noise is generated, and this power level is, for example, 90 to 100 dB/
The problem was that it became a target of noise pollution. A major cause of the sliding noise is the sound (solid sound) caused by the vibration of the current collector wire itself due to sliding.

The present invention is characterized in that a cavity is provided inside the conductor, and a spirally wound plate material is press-fitted into the cavity.The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method and to create a collection system that generates less noise. The aim is to provide electric wires.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the vibration of the conductor caused by sliding contact with the shoe of the pantograph is absorbed by the friction generated by the spirally wound plate material at the contact point with the conductor. As a result, solid sound from the current collection line is reduced, and the overall noise level generated can be reduced.

The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the most preferred embodiment shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is a conductor having a specified conductivity;
has a longitudinally extending cavity 2 therein.
A spirally wound plate member 3 is inserted into the cavity 2 continuously or discontinuously in the longitudinal direction of the conductor 1 with a certain contact pressure. The material of the plate material 3 is a metal such as iron, aluminum, or copper, or a nonmetallic object such as a polymer. It should be noted that if a good electrical conductor such as copper or aluminum is used for the plate material 3, it may serve as a feeder wire. Also, the contact pressure is
It is generated by the spring back in the radial direction of itself, and is normally set in the range of 0.01 Kgf/mm 2 to 10 Kgf/mm 2 .

Note that in this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the conductor 1 is a circular hollow cross-section, but it is not limited to this.
For example, it may have a square hollow cross section or a rectangular hollow cross section.

This embodiment is constructed as described above, and the elastic vibration energy of the conductor 1 generated by sliding contact between the shoe of the pantograph and the conductor 1 is converted into dry friction generated at the contact surface between the conductor 1 and the plate material 3. The vibration level of the conductor 1 is reduced.

In this way, according to this embodiment, the vibration level of the conductor generated by sliding contact with the shoe of the pantograph is reduced, so the solid sound emitted by the current collector wire can be reduced, and the overall noise level is reduced to reduce noise pollution. It can be prevented.
