ルター無しカツター板に対し前記粕受容器の内周
壁よりも近接させ、かつ同カツター板よりも下方
に位置させると共に外周壁の上縁を前記上部ケー
ス周壁上縁よりも上方に位置させた断面略U字状
の環状調理物受容器とを備えたことを特徴とする
ものであり、粕受容器と別個に流動調理物を受け
る環状調理物受容器を設けたので、一度に多量の
流動調理物を調理できると共に、上部ケース内に
流動調理物を留めるものと比較して調理物受容器
を外して調理物を取り出せるので調理物の取り扱
いが容易である。又、調理物受容器の内周壁の上
縁をカツター板よりも下方に位置させると共に外
周壁の上縁を上部ケース周壁上縁よりも上方に位
置させているので、流動調理物調理時に切削され
た調理物を確実に調理物受容器内に受けることが
できると共に蓋体と上部ケースの接合部からの水
分漏出の懸念がない等効果が大きい。
