去原理の説明図、第５図は電縫管の製造方法を表す一部
断面図、第６図は電縫管の断面図、第７図は従来の内面
ビード切断除去作業を表す説明図である。 図面中、２０ａ，２０ｂは電縫管、２３は内面ビード、
２４は本体、２５は固定刃、３１は回転刃、３１ｂは保
合部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 切断された溶接鋼管が間隔をあけて同軸に搬送されると
    共にこれら溶接鋼管内に連続した内面ビードが残留する
    鋼管製造ラインに設置された本体と、該本体眸取付けら
    れた固定刃と、前記本体に移動自在に支持されると共に
    移動駆動されて隣り合う前記溶接鋼管間を通過して前記
    固定刃とにより前記内面ビードを切断する移動刃と、該
    移動刃の切刃より移動方向先端側に突出して当該移動刃
    に設けられ且つ前記内面ビードを引掛けて前記溶接鋼管
    内から引出して除去する係合部とを備えたことを特徴と
    する溶接鋼管の内面ビード切断除去装置。
