Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a defective product by the contact of long-sized materials with each other by attaching rings made of silicon rubber, etc., to the free bottom ends of the long-sized Al material hung vertically from an electrolytic frame. CONSTITUTION:The rings 4 made of the silicon rubber or 'Teflon(R)' rubber are attached to the free from ends 3a of the many long-sized materials 3 hung vertically by jigs 2 from the electrolytic frame 1 in a vertical hanging type surface treatment line for the long-sized Al materials. There is no need for attaching rings 4 to the entire number of the materials 3 and a satisfactory effect is obtd. by attaching the same to every other long-sized materials. Such method is applicable to the materials 3 having any sectional shape and even if the intervals of vertical hanging change. The generation of the defect to be generated by the contact of the long-sized materials with each other is prevented.

As a method to prevent poor contact of aluminum long materials in a vertically suspended surface treatment line, the free lower end of the aluminum long material is connected to the free end of the aluminum long material through a connecting member of the effective length of the electrolytic frame and a clip body. Methods such as holding the lower end and holding the screw pocket at the free lower end of the long aluminum material with a wire have been considered.

Vertically suspended surface treatment lines for aluminum long materials (hereinafter abbreviated as long materials) usually perform degreasing → washing with water →
Processing tanks for a series of processes such as caustic → water washing → neutralization → water washing → electrolysis → water washing → coloring → water washing → sealing → painting → drying → (frame removal) are installed in parallel, and long materials are processed through each treatment process. Cranes and the like are provided for transportation and immersion into each treatment tank, and their operation is controlled by a fully automatic control device. In this case, the elongated materials are hung at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the electrolytic frame in one or two rows, or in a staggered arrangement. On the other hand, when electrolytic frames are transported by a crane or the like, multiple frames are suspended from one frame to several frames at a time. When a crane or other transport device starts, transports, or stops, a long material suspended vertically on an electrolytic frame will swing greatly due to inertia, either together with the lifting jig or using the hanging jig as a fulcrum, and neighboring long materials may come into contact with each other. That is unavoidable. Particularly after the painting process, when long materials came into contact with each other, adhesion failures occurred one after another as the paint hardened.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes a silicone rubber ring or a Teflon rubber ring attached to the free lower end of a large number of long materials vertically suspended in an electrolytic frame. By installing it, it is possible to prevent poor contact.

One embodiment of the method of the invention is illustrated in FIG. The inner figure A is a perspective view of the main part showing a state in which the ring 4 is attached to the free lower end portion 3a of a large number of long pieces 3 vertically suspended in a line on the electrolytic frame 1, and the figure 0 shows the long pieces 3 and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the ring 4. FIG. It is not necessary to attach the rings 4 to all the long members 3 that are hung vertically; in the case of vertically suspended rings 4, if they are attached to every other piece, the ring 4 will be sufficiently effective. It is preferable that the ring 4 be attached close to the free lower end 3a of the elongated member 3. The term "ring" as used in the present invention is not limited to ○ rings, but is a general expression. Silicone rubber or Teflon rubber is the best material for the ring, and its physical properties show that it is resistant to weather changes in the four seasons, as well as chemical and heat resistant, which are required in surface treatment lines. It also drains quickly in multiple tanks and allows the liquid to flow to the next process. In addition to not being carried over, it firmly holds long materials of any cross-sectional shape, and its elasticity makes it easy to attach and detach the ring during work.

A schematic side view of a typical vertically suspended surface treatment line is shown in FIG. Other holding examples are shown in Figures 3, 4, and 5.
As shown in the figure. That is, the inner diagram in FIG. 3 shows the free lower end portions 3a of the long materials 3, which are vertically suspended in a row on the electrolytic frame 1, through the connecting member 5 of the effective length of the electrolytic frame and the clip body 6. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a main part showing a method of holding the lower end of the length, and FIG. 0 is a perspective view showing the connecting member 5 and the clip body 6 separated.

In this method, the gripping claws 6a of the clip body 6 are severely worn, so the holding force of the long material 3 and the connecting member 5 is reduced, causing the material to fall during the surface treatment line, and furthermore, due to the large surface area, This is an unfavorable method because draining in the bath is slow, and a large amount of liquid is carried over to the next process, resulting in chemical effects on the bath composition and outflow of the bath liquid.

Figure 5 shows the case where the long pieces 3 are hung at regular intervals in a staggered arrangement along the longitudinal direction of the electrolytic frame. It is a perspective view of the main part showing a state in which the connecting wire 8 is inserted, and Figure 0 is a perspective view of the connecting wire 8.
It is a bottom view which shows the state in which it was inserted. In these other holding methods shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a dedicated connecting wire is required as the vertical hanging interval of the long material changes, and this lacks economic efficiency and workability. If the protrusion 8a is simply inserted into the screw pocket 7 of the long material 3 and held, it cannot be held for a long time and often falls during the surface treatment line.On the other hand, if the protrusion 8a is prevented from falling, the attachment/detachment work will be much easier. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to deal with long materials of any cross-sectional shape and even if the vertical suspension interval changes, and it is possible to deal with problems caused by contact between long materials. We were able to make it possible to prevent this.
