The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is normally non-adhesive but can be easily attached to an adherend by applying pressure. In recent years, the uses of adhesive sheets have become increasingly diverse, and a variety of adhesive sheets have become available on the market. For example, various types of masking tape have appeared, including those for automobiles and those for plating.
Protective sheets attached to surfaces such as name plates and aluminum sashes also require similar performance. These materials can be attached to an adherend and then peeled off afterwards, and even though they are required to have various properties such as not leaving any adhesive on the adherend, they are quite satisfactory. It has been obtained. However, even such adhesive sheets have adhesive strength under normal conditions, so
It is difficult to handle as the adhesive surfaces may stick to each other or inadvertently stick to other objects.
Therefore, it is inevitable to perform some kind of release treatment, such as interposing a release paper or peeling off the back surface of the adhesive sheet. Therefore, it is easy to assume that pigments are added to adhesives in order to reduce the adhesive strength under normal conditions, but as the amount of pigment added increases, not only the adhesive strength under ordinary conditions decreases, but also the adhesive strength under pressure or heat is eventually increased. Even if you do, it won't stick at all. The present invention was made in view of these points. Although no adhesion occurs when the adhesive surfaces come into contact with each other or when light finger pressure is applied, strong finger pressure (approximately 2
The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that generates adhesive force when applied with a pressure of about Kg/ cm2 . The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 indicates a base material made of paper, synthetic resin film, sheet, or the like. Reference numeral 2 denotes a coating layer composed of an adhesive-retaining powder that occludes an adhesive. Here, the adhesive-retaining powder means that when dispersed in an adhesive, it occludes or retains the adhesive in the powder during the process from dispersion treatment to application drying on the base material, and after forming the coating layer 2, it is not processed. It is a powder that has the ability to retain its properties until it is compressed. As shown in the following table, such powders can be selected depending on the specific surface area of the powder. In other words, the following table shows the relationship between various types of powder, whether or not adhesive force is produced when the powder is mixed until it loses its normal adhesive force and pressure is applied, and the relationship between this and the specific surface area and oil absorption of the powder. This shows the relationship.

[Table] As is clear from the table above, materials that show adhesive strength when pressurized even though they have no adhesive strength under normal conditions are:
This is the case when the powder has a large specific surface area. There is no clearer relationship between oil absorption and specific surface area. After all, from the above table, the powder in the present invention is 50m 2 /
A material having a specific surface area of 100 g or more is suitable. Note that the specific surface area of the powder as used in the present invention is the BET specific surface area determined by the nitrogen adsorption method. Next, the adhesive to which the powder is added may be any existing adhesive such as rubber-based, acrylic-based, urethane-based, silicone-based, etc. In addition, the appropriate blending amounts of these powders and adhesives vary depending on the type of powder; for example, in the case of white carbon (finely powdered silica), 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of adhesive (solid content); It is necessary to add about 160 parts by weight of starch powder (cyclodextrin), etc. However, in order to obtain the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention,
For example, an acrylic resin adhesive is dissolved in a solvent, an adhesive-retaining powder is added thereto, and the mixture is uniformly dispersed using a stirrer such as an attritor. Thereafter, the adhesive layer can be formed by applying this onto a base material using a coater and drying it. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention constructed as described above, in normal conditions, no adhesion occurs at all when the surface portions of the coating layers are overlapped and lightly pressed, but when pressed even more strongly, no adhesion occurs. Only then can it be glued. Therefore, the trouble caused by self-adhesion as in conventional products can be sufficiently suppressed, and it is also possible to wind the material into a roll without providing a release layer on the back side of the base material to prevent blocking. Furthermore, even if this adhesive sheet is punched out, the adhesive will not adhere to the blade shape. On the other hand, as is clear from the examples below, this adhesive sheet was applied to the metal surface at a rate of 2 kg/kg.
It has a peeling force (adhesive force) of 400g/25mm width when pressurized at cm 2 , and can be attached to polyethylene sheets with an adhesive force of 300g/25mm width when the same pressure is applied. It can also be used for purposes such as masking tape and protective sheets. Examples are shown below. Example 1 Acrylic adhesive (SK Dyne, Soken Chemical)
100 parts by weight White carbon (Carplex #80) manufactured by Shionogi & Co., Ltd. 20 parts by weight Toluene 250 parts by weight Disperse the above mixture in an attritor for 15 minutes to make a sticky liquid, and apply this sticky liquid to a 50μ polyester film (dry weight) The coating was applied at a concentration of 160 g/m 2 and dried for 10 minutes in a hot air dryer at 80°C. Thereafter, it was left at room temperature for one week. The performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet prepared as described above is as follows. (1) Normal adhesive strength 0/10mm (Measured according to JIS Z-1522) (2) Adhesiveness Less than 1 (Measured according to J.Dow method) (3) Adhesive strength after pressure 400g /25mm (A 25mm wide test piece was attached to a stainless steel plate (SUS27CP) under pressure of 2Kg/cm 2 and measured in accordance with JIS Z-15221.) In addition, this adhesive sheet does not stick to the touch. I could barely feel the sex. In addition, the adhesive surfaces were placed on top of each other and pressed lightly with fingertips, but no adhesion occurred. Example 2 Acrylic adhesive (Vinsol, manufactured by Ippo Co., Ltd.)
100 parts by weight (solid content) White carbon (Carplex #67, manufactured by Shionogi & Co., Ltd.) 30 parts by weight Toluene 300 parts by weight The above mixture was mixed in a ball mill for 50 minutes, and the weight
It was coated on 70 g/m 2 high-quality paper at a coating weight of 180 g/m 2 . This was then placed in a hot air dryer at 80°C.
It was dried for 10 minutes and left at room temperature for a week. The performance of this adhesive sheet was as follows. (1) Normal adhesive strength 0/10mm (Measured in the same manner as in Example 1) (2) Adhesiveness Less than 1 (Measured in the same manner as in Example 1) (3) Adhesive strength after pressure 300g /25mm (Measured in the same manner as in Example 1.) Also, even when touching the adhesive sheet of this example with the hand, no stickiness was felt, and even when the adhesive surfaces were overlapped and pressed lightly with a fingertip, there was no stickiness. was not recognized. For comparison, a sheet provided with an adhesive layer having the following formulation was prepared in the same manner as in Example 2, and its performance was measured, and the results were as follows. (Adhesive layer composition of comparative example) Acrylic adhesive (SK Dyne, Soken Chemical)
100 parts by weight (solid content) Calcium carbonate powder (Whica E) 144 Toluene 250 parts by weight (Performance of comparative example) (1) Normal adhesive strength 0/10 mm (Measured in the same manner as Example 1) (2) Adhesion (Measured in the same manner as in Example 1) (3) Adhesive strength after pressure 0/25mm (Measured in the same manner as in Example 1) By using a coating layer with the above composition, tentacles and No adhesion was observed when the adhesive surfaces were placed together and lightly pressed. however,
As is clear from the above measurement results, it did not have any adhesive strength after pressurization.
