本発明血圧計のカフ帯は、可撓性部材により湾曲した形
状に形成された湾曲板1を内蔵していて腕に巻装できる
ようになった血圧計のカフ帯において、前記湾曲板1を
湾曲方向両端部より中央部に向かって徐々に剛性が大き
くなるように形成して成ることを特徴とするものであり
、力が加わった時に発生する曲げモーメントの分布と湾
曲板1の剛性の分布とが略比例することになるので、湾
曲板1を広げたときにも変形が湾曲方向の全没に亘って
ほぼ均一となるのである。 以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述する。 湾曲板1はポリプロピレン等の可撓性を有する合成樹脂
材で形成されており、円筒を母線に沿って切開したよう
な湾曲形状をしている。この湾曲板1は、湾曲方向両端
部から中央部へ向けて徐々に肉厚が厚くなるようにして
徐々に剛性が大きくなるように形成されており、中央部
で肉厚及び剛性が最大となっている。即ち、第1図に示
すように各部の肉厚がtl>t2>hとなっている。従
って、外力を受けた時に最も大きな曲げモーメントの発
生する中央部で剛性(もしくは断面二次モーメント)が
最大となり、湾曲板1全体の曲率をほぼ一定に保つこと
ができ、第2図に示すように細い腕に装着してあまり広
げられでいない場合にも、第3図に示すように太い腕に
装着して大きく広げられている場合にも、湾曲板1の湾
曲方向に沿っての曲率がほぼ一様となり、いずれの場合
にも奇麗な円弧状に広がるのである。 上記湾曲板1は、腕に巻くための第4図のようなカフ帯
A内に内蔵されている。即ち、第5図に示すように、湾
曲板1の外周面側は外布2により覆われており、湾曲板
1の内周面に沿っては空気を送り込まれて膨張する阻血
カフ3が配置され、阻血カフ3の内周面側は内布4によ
り覆われており、阻血カフ3と内布4との間に設けられ
たセンサーポケット5にはコロトコフ音センサー6が収
納されている。更に、阻血カフ3に設けられたポンプノ
ズル7に接続されたエア管8とコロトコフ音センサー6
に接続されたセンサーコード9の先には血圧計本体10
と接続するためのプラグ11を設けである。しかして、

ツク13を血圧計本体10に係合させて第7図に示すよ
うにカフ帯Aに血圧計本体10を取り付けられるように
したものである。なお、阻血カフ3にエアを送気した時
にエフの圧力で外布2が伸び、フック挿通孔14が7ツ
ク13に引っ張られて破れることを防止するため、外布
2の内面に補強布15をラミネートしである。 第8図に示すものは本発明の更に他例であり、湾曲板1
の湾曲方向と直交する方向の幅を湾曲方向の両端部から
中央部へ向けて徐々に広くなるようにしたものであり、
第8図(b)に示すようにB1<82となっている。こ
の実施例では、幅を変化させる二とにより、中央部で剛
性(断面二次モーメント)を最大となるようにしである
