[Background technology] For example, the cuff band of a conventional blood pressure monitor is
-There is one shown in Publication No. 19690. In such a conventional example, when blood pressure is measured, a cuff band 1' is wrapped around the upper arm A as shown in FIG. 7, and air is forced into the ischemic bag 2' to tighten the upper arm A. However, in such a conventional example, when the cuff band 1' is tightened, deep wrinkles B' are generated on the inside of the cuff band 1', and the surface of the upper arm A is pinched by these deep wrinkles B', so that the area behind the wrinkles B' becomes contagious blood on the upper arm A. There was an inconvenience in staying.
This wrinkle B' occurs because the ischemic bag 2' inside the cuff band 1' expands and bulges inward by force-feeding air, and the inside diameter of the ischemic bag 2' becomes smaller than the initial value. This difference occurs because the length of the thin film on the inner circumferential side of ' does not change, and this difference is corrected by the generation of wrinkles B'.
In particular, wrinkles are concentrated in places where the sheet is easily bent, such as near the Korotkoff sound sensor, and deep wrinkles B' are formed.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the points described above, and an object of the present invention is to artificially generate many wrinkles on the cuff band and at specified locations to eliminate wrinkles. The aim is to provide a cuff band for a blood pressure monitor that can reduce the depth of the blood pressure and eliminate congested blood.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The cuff band of the blood pressure monitor of the present invention has a cuff band 1 between an inner fabric 1a and an outer fabric 1b of the cuff band 1 that can be wrapped around the upper arm A.
A cuff band for a blood pressure monitor, which is equipped with an ischemic bag 2 that is long and has a space inside in the direction in which the upper arm A is wrapped, and in which an air tube 8 that feeds air to inflate the expandable ischemic bag 2 is connected to the ischemic bag 2. The bag is characterized in that a plurality of joints 3 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the ischemic bag 2, in which a membrane on the inner fabric 1a side and a membrane on the outer fabric 1b side of the ischemic bag 2 are partially joined. By configuring as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved. In other words, with the above configuration, when it is wrapped around the upper arm A and air is pumped, wrinkles B will occur at the plurality of joints 3 existing in the longitudinal direction, and many wrinkles B will occur at designated locations. I was able to get rid of blood congestion on my upper arm A with only shallow wrinkles B.

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

First, a first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 will be described. The cuff band 1 houses an ischemic bag 2, a holding plate 4, and a Korotkoff sound sensor 5 in a bag portion formed by welding the peripheral edges of an inner fabric 1a and a longer outer fabric 1b using a high-frequency welder or the like. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer peripheral surface side of the holding plate 4 is covered with the outer cloth 1b.
The ischemic bag 2 is disposed along the inner circumferential surface of the holding plate 4 and expands when air is sent in, and the inner circumferential side of the ischemic bag 2 is covered with an inner fabric 1a. Korotkoff sound sensor 5 is installed in the sensor pocket 6 provided between the
is stored. An air pipe 8 is connected to the pump nozzle 7 of the ischemic bag 2. To attach this cuff band 1 to the upper arm A, it is temporarily wrapped around the upper arm A using the flexibility of the holding plate 4, and then the surface shape provided at the end of the outer cloth 1b and the end of the inner cloth 1a is Fuasner 9,1
0 is joined and tightened. The holding plate 4 is made of a sheet of plastic metal such as aluminum. Forming from a sheet of plastic metal as described above has the following advantages because it is formed from a flexible synthetic resin such as polypropylene. If the retainer plate 4 is formed of a flexible metal sheet, when the retainer plate 4 is deformed along the cross-sectional shape of the upper arm A when the cuff band 1 is wrapped around the upper arm A, the retainer plate 4 Since the holding plate 4 is made of a plastic sheet of metal, it maintains its shape to fit around the upper arm A, and can be easily temporarily secured to the cuff band 1. The thick upper arm A does not fit the thin upper arm like the curved retaining plate made of synthetic resin.
It does not have the disadvantages of being tightly tightened due to the elastic force of the retaining plate, causing pain, and being difficult to wear on the upper arm. Furthermore, when the retaining plate 4 is formed of a sheet of plastic metal, there is an advantage that the cuff band 1 can be folded up and storage is excellent. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ischemic bag 2 is a thin film 2 made of stretchable synthetic resin such as soft vinyl chloride, rubber, etc.
A and 2b are stacked one on top of the other, and their peripheral edges are welded to form a bag shape with a space inside. 1
1 is a welded part. In this way, a pair of thin films 2a,
At the same time, as shown in FIG. 1, the thin films 2a and 2b on the inner fabric 1a side and the outer fabric 1b side of the ischemic bag 2 are welded to the longitudinal edges of the space of the ischemic bag 2, as shown in FIG.
A joint part 3 that protrudes inward and is joined by welding.
A plurality of . A plurality of joints 3 protruding inward are formed in the longitudinal direction of the ischemic bag 2, and the joints 3 formed at each end of the space in the longitudinal direction are opposed to each other. However, when the cuff band 1 is wrapped around the upper arm A and air is forced into the ischemic bag 2 to inflate the ischemic bag 2, the inner fabric 1a comes into close contact with the surface of the upper arm A, but the wrinkles B face each other. Joint part 3
In between, many wrinkles B are generated in the lateral direction of the space, and the depth of the wrinkles B becomes shallow. Furthermore, if the joint 3 is provided at the center of the Korotkoff sound sensor 5 or the center of the pump nozzle 7, wrinkles B as shown in FIG.
A new wrinkle appears in the center of the wrinkle B, and the original wrinkle B becomes shallower.

Next, a second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 will be described. In this embodiment, a joint 3 is provided at the center of the ischemic bag 2 in the lateral direction, and a plurality of joints 3 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction. In this case as well, shallow wrinkles B are formed in the same manner as above.

Furthermore, the joint portion 3 is not limited to welding the membrane on the inner fabric 1a side and the membrane on the outer fabric 1b side of the ischemic bag 2; for example, they may be joined by bonding with adhesive or the like. Of course it's good. Further, in addition to arranging the joint portions 3 in parallel in the longitudinal direction as in the first and second embodiments, they may be provided in a zigzag shape, for example. Furthermore, the ischemic bag 2 is not limited to a pair of thin films 2a and 2b pasted together; for example, the thin film may be formed into a tube shape and the openings at both ends are pasted together by welding or adhesive. Good too.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention has a plurality of joints in the longitudinal direction of the ischemic bag, which partially join the membrane on the inner fabric side and the membrane on the outer fabric side of the ischemic bag. It induces wrinkles at difficult joints, and creates many wrinkles at arbitrary points to make the wrinkles shallower. By making the wrinkles shallower, the force that pinches the skin of the upper arm is weakened, thereby reducing the occurrence of blood congestion. It is something that can be eliminated.
